Always happy with the service at Bell Honda. The staff are very nice; the place is really clean and the waiting area is comfortable. They have shuttle service and offer Uber too.

My experience with bell Honda was absolutely great! Natasha was amazing and helped me get the car I wanted. They were professional, kind, and worked diligently to get me the car I wanted!

Very poor customer experience. Will never shop here again. Rude and condescending to my wife, took no responsibility for failing to keep an appointment or for not having the vehicle they confirmed in writing they had. Not even an apology despite having to drive almost an hour to the dealership, only to show up and be told they didn't have the car.

I was not happy with the wait & still got my car back dirty! I do take responsibility for not having all my documents together however when I did get them I still waited for my car to be delivered to me & it was not washed, very disappointing

They made this entire process as seamless as possible. Everyone I encountered was amazing and I could not be more happy with my purchase.

This location is very inconsistent. I try to schedule online and the service provider isn’t always there when I attend my appointment. Then I try to get ahold of the other person they have overseeing the work on my car and they continually tell me he isn’t available, but they will have him call me back. I wait for a call back and don’t get anything. Service on my car is expected to happen and I can’t get updates or let them know the changes I have decided on.

Super unprofessional! Bunch of kids trying to sell and pretend they are great! No communication between each other. Call you 10 times a day trying to get you in to "wrap up for the deal" but can't answer price questions! Waist of time!

I haven’t bought a car from here but I’ve had my A/C compressor replaced and had to get the code for my stereo and had great experiences with dealing with the service department. This past time Nathan Garcia helped us and he was awesome. Very polite, professional and quick. We were in and out with our code in 5 minutes.

For those shopping for a vehicle, beware. The calls will never stop, even if you buy a vehicle elsewhere.

It took them 3.5 hrs to do an oil change and rotate my tires.

There's no need to go into details. Valvoline will do this in 15 minutes. I had a noon APPOINTMENT, I came in at 11: 50am, and my car was ready at 3: 30pm.

My first car service was very good experience but the second time it was horrible. I doubt they did not check the battery condition, just after 1 week of major service I had to visit back the service center and replace the battery.

Jason Teel was kind, patient, and overall great to work with. Although we didn't buy yet, my husband and I have already decided we would go back to buy from him. The management team was also nice and willing to negotiate. We had a good experience and will be back to buy a Honda Odyssey soon!

I would recommend this as 7 stars if I could because of Josh Hansmeier! He is honest, straightforward, and extremely helpful! Keep up the good work.
