Friendly and fast service at parts counter. Got in and out in no time, with the right part. Just the way I like it.

They have a good selection of parts, have a blackwater/gray water dump for $7, and will fill propane tanks. Very helpful in parts area.

I am writing to apologize to Phil for my uncalled for accusation regrading the work that was performed on my Jayco travel trailer. Phil was very professional on how he handled the saturation. I have been in your shop/store many times over the past 5 years and have always been pleased with the service and would recommend your shop to anyone needed your service. Again Phil I was wrong and am sorry.

Completly professional, gives best case worse case answers for the most part which shows professionalism.

Very helpful technicians. They didn't have everything I needed but they did suggest where to find it.

Did not live up to expectations. Not a horrible place but not at the level of service expected. Knowledge of RV's was excellent. Not sure if I would go back for service due to a lack of trust but their part prices are good

I went in for information and the guy was trying to be a smart ass with me i don't know if he was having a bad day or something but that is not my fault so if you are Latin or black you are warned they will give you a attitude.

Ps they do have a lot of good stuff and at a good price

Good parts department. Well stocked. The service dept seems to be a little slow in answering phone calls and returning messages.

Great service experience. I showed up just to make sure my trailer lights were working. They were friendly and quickly evaluated my problem. They even told me I could save a few bucks and replace a rear light myself. That alone speaks volumes about their willingness to do what was best for me. An honest trustworthy place where customers matter.

Pretty annoyed they charged me $25 for a vent cover I found everywhere online for $10.other than that a decent place.

Knowledgeable and efficient people, a good source for RV parts and supplies. I do not use anyone else!

Arrived in town for spring break march 10-19, tried two other RV shops near carefree and anthem, couldn't find anyone to get me in. Called Bell and they said get there as quick as I can and within an hour of calling my RV had a oil change and inspection and was ready for road back to MN. Great customer service and guys that know what they are doing, Bell is now my go to place in the Phoenix area.

We were trailer owners for first time, walked into Bell Road and were invited to come in with trailer and Mike spent over an hour with us on the do's & don'ts. Saved a lot of pain.

They have serviced almost all of our trailer in just a little over a year, including replacing a refrigerator (outside panel had been removed & and back side stolen). They took it on knowing we were taking a 2 week trip + in 4 days and they got it done.

Cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of their staff - they know their.it!

We stop at Bell road RV every time we are in the Phoenix area. They have just about everything we need, and most importantly, THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF about campers and RVs!

I stopped by and talked to Phillip about some suspension upgrades on my trailer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will defiantly be coming back here when I'm ready to upgrade.

Everytime I've come the staff have been very uninterested in helping. They dint have the item and have not been interested in ordering parts. Since they are basically the only place in north phoenix area they don't have to work on customer service!

This place was a great "find" for me. They were able to fix things on my new motor home that my dealer could not seems to solve after several tries. Costs here are reasonable, and they have always been courteous and helpful. Several times they talked me out of a repair that was not needed and a purchase that was not necessary. Good bye dealer. My previous visit here was with my dad and his RV, probably 35 years ago. Now I'm back to use their dump station and fill my propane tanks with my own trailer. Prices are reasonable, parts department well stocked and the service bays are busy. They must be doing something right after all these years.
