You get what you pay for.so for a total of $76.56 or something close to that, you're room will be exactly what you'd expect. Clean enough. No bugs, but an off center fridge that rocks and bangs everytime you open the door.and a bathroom sink that barely works above a trickle.shower has great pressure and gets as hot as you could want it and then some. 10/10 would recommend if your in a pinch and on a small budget.

Because I cannot issue a rating any lower than allowed as one I consider this a travesty Not only was this a filthy hotel it was maintenance poor. The staff were rude and blatant in lying as to the incident resulting in my family and myself being told to leave immediately. Not more than just a few hours after being paid for an additional weeks stay.
Drug dealing and drug usage galore also made for this an eventful sleepless stay.
The absolute worst hotel I have ever been in. Staff were told not to enter our room and after a brief exodus upon returning they obviously do not heed the request to stay out as we did not require housekeeping to enter. Stay clear of the nasty, run down, horrible hotel.

Few of the rooms have bed bugs. If you stay here make sure you lock your doors people try to come in at night/jiggle the doorknob. Often other tenants are screaming and the walls are thin. Apart from one staff member most are rude.

Poor management along with poor customer service.except for the housekeeper. No honoring paid guest.and lacks the attraction of guest room readiness. The pool looked like it might have could have, maybe had some bleach in it.

The staff at Bella Vista is great. It's an older motor hotel (motel) with a good clean pool, laundry serviced (both self service and daily housekeeping service). There's a pretty good restaurant attached and is conveniently located in the middle of town.
Sandi, Cathi and Dawn, Joe, Cynthia and Ryan are the best! Ask for them if you stay here. They're helpful, informative and very pleasant. And Sandi is the hardest working woman in show-business!
Wonderful job y'all! Thank you for all your hard work amd dedication. I hope Jorge appreciates you all as much as you deserve to be.

I was worried about the reviews I have read from this website and others but these reviews are years old. Plus most people only write reviews when they have a bad experience. My stay was wonderful and I will recommend it to my friends and family. The Head housekeeper is doing an outstanding job bringing back the heart of Bella Vista Motel and is a hard worker if your stay is not going well she will do everything in her power to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had a couple of issues and the front desk redirected me to their head housekeeper which behind my surprise she come through with every one of my requests. I was well taken care of. Also, many of the rooms here have been remodeled maintenance is doing a great job seems to me that Bella Vista got herself a great team keep up the great work back office your doing a great job. Bella Vista is well on its way to a comeback this place has been in business since 1952 that's 69 years. Report issues to the front desk or head housekeeper I found that some guests that stay here are deliberately causing issues. Dawn at the front desk is very intimidating at first but this woman is the reason Bella Vista is still in business give them hell Miss Dawn. The front desk employees should rent to better people because they have a bad judge of character

You get what you pay for. Bring a swim suit. Clean but 1 bed wasn't comfortable. We slept late and there was no hot water.

Manager lady is very nice and helpful, rooms are also perfect for a temporary living place with a full kitchen and a bathroom. Definitely a go to place to stay if you need a temporary living place or a visit to Sierra Vista. I slept very good as well, nice beds.

Best rate in town old style rooms would be nice to see the pool going coming back this summer for the price it's a steal.

Clean. Reasonable rate's. Kitchenettes in most rooms. Weekly rate's one guest 212.10 for two 251.65. Pet friendly only 5.00 dollars daily. Interesting and personable Desk clerks. Hardworking and respectful Housekeepers. Quiet peaceful environment. Only drama is the baggage carried in.

I'm the new Head Housekeeper here at the Bella Vista Hotel. I'm here to strengthen operations, and to care for this establishment with proactive maintenance. I have a impeccable cleaning process thats complex, and will help housekeeping procedures be more effective, and to work smarter not hard. Ive produces a checklist of important procedures for my team to follow (to care for the inside as will as the outside of the hotel and our guests) which will provided essential guidance and creates accountability.  My goal is to get all 40 rooms in better conditions along with the outside of the building. I see how this trickling-down effect is having a negative impact on our guest. Once the rooms are cleaned and maintenance is in proper order it will enhanced staff productivity. So sacrificing room cleanliness will become a thing of the past.
Its like laundry machinery if they are working at full capacity, housekeeping team members can deliver towels and linens without delay. With rooms super clean and well maintenanced and working at their full capacity it will improve Housekeepers performance. I think outside the box and I am creative when it comes to housekeeping solutions to maximize efficiency. I will improve guest satisfaction by delivering results people expect.  I have already examine workflow layouts, so staff can work more diligently. I am a powerful job-performance motivator. I am working to improve housekeeping operations to generate higher guest satisfaction. It will take sometime, and special projects will only hinder normal operations at a minimal level.
My move is focused to organize the workplace efficiently, keep it neat and clean, uphold standardized conditions, and make the staff and floor disciplined so as to do a quality job. After which, the company can have results like enhanced productivity, robust quality, improved health and safety conditions for guest, and a better working environment for employees. My objective is to continuously see improvement of the workplace. With a real program that never stops, Guests feed back can also help the workflow run smoother, safer, and quicker. It will improve guest satisfaction scores and delivers the results everyone expect. The staff is NASTY RUDE! The rooms are so gross that it is literally a nightmare to stay here. The staff will be rude everyday, and they will go into your room when you are not there. The staff are always looking to kick ppl out without reason, and keep their money. This place is INFESTED with roaches. Bed bugs are here also. If you want the SLUMS, and a absolute regretful experience. Stay in this place.

Room number 15 was the room of my occupancy since my initial arrival: the carpet is filthy (I planned to pay for professional carpet cleaning), I purchased my own cleaning supplies that I could not take with me when I was requested to leave-because they refused to refund my advanced weekly room rental fee.

The ac/heater unit is not properly functioning, the room is void of a carbon monoxide and smoke detector alarm, and Housekeepers continued to give moderately laundered towels: as if females on their menstrual cycles do not use that business, I cleaned the room I was in with the cleaning supplies that I purchased, because I do not desire to debate or argue about why fees are not the determining factor of cleanliness and hygiene.

And I could not take those items with me-but, if I did not purchase my own sheets, blankets and hygiene products, or replace the accent lamp shades because they were broken, exactly as the window blinds were, at my arrival, before I purchased my own window rods and curtains-they would attempt to charge my bank account like one monthly payment does not pay for all of the cigarette-holed outdated motel room duvets anyway.

But, I was grateful.

I paid every two weeks in advance: the first and the fifteenth of every month after my first few payments: $30.30 daily, $212.10 weekly, $424.20 bi-weekly and $848.40 monthly every month since the third week of October 2019: four weeks is of every month no matter which day of a week the last or first day ends and begins, and monthly payments are combined totals that end on the last date of each month, and starts on the first date of each month-no matter how far in advance payments are paid.
If a one night room fee is paid, Management does not have the legal right to knock on a door during any moment of that paid reserved duration of time, to request vacancy-without a full refund.

My authentic check out date is 01 February 2020, but I was requested to leave one day early because I refused to pay one additional daily rate that I already paid.in advance-but they handwrite their expense ledger and "do not honor Point Of Sale proof/evidence of room fee payment receipts" (as stated by specific Receptionists and Management).

That I know of, a digital ledger is unavailable and with regard to my payments unused-preferentially.

The last month, someone walks and stomps around on the roof, including directly above room 15-and someone stood directly in front of room 14 until I spoke through the thin walls that someone stood in front of the neighboring door-as notification to the neighbor.

Sometimes, the water was shut off, and it was implied that my mail, deliveries and shipments were unwelcome, and mold and pests is very probable.

My family member desired to discuss payment of an additional payment, although the payment was not owed-and the a Manager's reply was "I already told you what I told you-I don't want to talk on the phone"-after I requested assurance that my requested early checkout and departure was/is what was and is desired by multiple attempts.

I am unemployed. I do not own an automobile. I paid for a LYFT, and I am still doing my best capable at another nearby, updated motel until what is best for my current lifestyle and my lifestyle preferences is my preferred best capable.

Because I am grateful that I could find a motel at a daily, weekly and monthly rate that is decently reasonable, I do not desire to give "one star", but they power-stuggled" almost my entire occupancy-as if they value hardship and destruction.

Some may have different opinions, however I have so many wonderful memories here and have stayed so many times and have had great treatment by the front desk and housekeeping staff!
