Bella Women's Care reviews
21Friendly, professional, thorough.uhhh what else? Make you comfortable during your visit. Everything is done I’m office which is even more convenient. Very pleased I found them.
I really enjoy the information provided by the doctor. The answers are given with detail and really helps me understand anything I need to know.
Jessica the ultrasound tech was AMAZING! So caring and kind. I cried happy tears seeing my son. I highly recommend booking with her.
I don't like the fact that some of the doctors are not well educated. I had one gynecologist tell me that potatoes weren't vegetables. So that was the last time I showed up here. I will not return because of that.nbs
I LOVED Dr. Tehranchi, he was so kind and listened intently while I was talking, he has a presence that made me feel very comfortable. His staff was super amazing, front office and back office, down to earth and caring! My only complaint was that I waited and hour and a half to be seen. It was obnoxious, but then when it was my turn, I realized why he was probably behind, he takes time for his patients and I felt that way in my visit. I’m very happy with my choice at Bella Women’s Care, I just know that next time I go, I need to bring a book.
As usual Dr. Higley is the ultimate professional and spends time with you. He explains everything and recommends certain things in detail. Totally trustworthy.
So far so good. Dr Blake is thorough and has really good bedside manner. My appointment was quick with little wait time.
Doctor recommended Progenity test (genetic testing) for my wife and stated it would be covered under our insurance. Test results come back with absolutely nothing beneficial to us, the insurance claim was over $2200 and has been denied by our PPO. Shame on the doctors for peddling garbage to unsuspecting consumers.
The Doctor that I was seen by was superb! He was very understanding and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about other employees there (Front Desk) : (
my first visit, the Front desk employee was very dry, unfriendly, and with attitude demanded things (i.e. New patient info, documents, etc.) the next employee who afterwards took over was a lot better, but I still did not appreciate the attitude from the other female employee.because currently my immediate family has been going through a rough time and I have been having to leave the state, f/u appointments have resulted in cancelling or r/s. I tried my best to explain my situation to the employee I spoke with on various occasions but they seemed to lack somewhat of empathy. I, of course, tried to be as mindful of their policy and tried calling and even asked if I could resume receiving services after I returned to Arizona, but for the time being just cancelling until further notice. Instead, I got told by one of the employees "well I don't know.when you come back, talk to the supervisor, because I don't think you can schedule another appointment-you rescheduled too much already. MAYBE you can, IF the supervisor says it is fine. " which would have been ok if she would have not said it with an attitude and as if that was the ONLY place I could go to.
I do understand that policies are made for a reason, however being rude to a patient is by no means under any policy.needless to say that I don't think I want to return there.like mentioned- excellent doctor (s), lack of customer service.
They seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding about how appointments work. Be advised that if you make the unwise decision to come here you will like not even be asked to pay your co-pay until an hour after your arrival. One to two hours later you may be so lucky to be called to the back where the real fun begins. With so many options in the valley if you have any respect for your wife/ SO please bring them elsewhere.
Giving this office a single star is over doing it. Every appointment was a waste of time and energy. They can't even tell me if I'm 31 weeks pregnant or 33 weeks pregnant. Every appointment there was a different doctor giving different information. I switched and now they refuse to release my medical documents all because the hospital I choose is not the one that is convient for them.biggest joke of an office ive ever been thru.
We needed an immediate appointment and Bella Women's Care went out of their way to accommodate us and to help my daughter to feel comfortable. Thank you~ Thank You.
I love coming to this clinic. It's always clean and welcoming. I have had the pleasure of meeting with all of the doctors and they are all very informative and listen tentively. I refuse to go anywhere else.
So I'm not one to write such a comment but I'm truly bummed and feel others should be warned! Long story short is that yes Dr. T is a nice guy but now at the end of the day my baby now has issues! When I was in labor at the hospital, I had the urge to 'push' for let's say 3 hours and was told not to because its best if I wait for 'my Dr. ' (prob because of $$) which I was told that Dr. T wasn't there because he was at a C-section but yet DR. T SHOWS UP IN FREAKING RUNNING SHORTS AND A BASEBALL CAP LAUGHING THAT HE WAS GOLFING AND because I waited for such lengthy time now my baby has to wear a helmet and we hope that the helmet will help, she also has to see a physical therapist because of a problem with her neck. The most frustrating part is I'm told this is common now days, well i have 2 other girls were born perfectly fine (delivered by another doctor) so is it common from the same repeated doctors? !? !? !
Needless to say beware for your baby!
I went on my first prenatal care appt. Dr. Herbst was in a mad hurry. She spoke fast and pushy and made comments you'd never here a caring doctor say. Terrible bedside manner and was just plain bitchy. She was condescending and cold. Never have I had an experience like this. Good luck.
Great advice from the doctor. Midwife was awesome, made my exam as comfortable as possible. I would give 10 stars
Gave me the wrong address over the phone so now I'm in this cab like hey this isn't where I'm supposed to be they need to learn their address and how to communicate with peole
Doctors are ALWAYS in a hurry and they take forever getting to the patients. The nurse are lost at every task but the Phlebotomy are amazingly great.
Five stars to them, and the others need more trains
Trainings or hire more experience staff.
Office is so unorganized signed paperwork for new IUD month later my order hasn't been received. Followed up with office said they would contact manufacturer and get back with me almost 3 weeks later haven't heard from them. Looked for a new Dr.not going back to this office!
Love it besides doctors constantly changing. I love how fast they see me and I always get a positive outcome.
