My first visit to the clinic. My primary doctor did the referral. It was a very pleasant visit with Edie & Sondra they were very nice & professional.
It's really sad the bad reviews that have been left with this
doctor & staff at this clinic.

Very unprofessional! Sondra is VERY rude! Pretty much refused to send my records over even though she said more than once that they were on the desk ready to send over to another dr, then continued to tell me that she would send them at her own convenience. I missed my appointment due to her not sending my records over. When I called to ask questions about my issues she proceeded to talk down to me and tell me that I didn’t need to go anywhere else and questioning me why I wanted to choose a different practice to be seen. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible. I would have died under this “drs” care. She ran multiple unneeded tests, turns out I had an ectopic pregnancy (which I found out when I went to a different doctor)

Don’t go here.

The staff is absolutely unprofessional! The staff meaning this woman, Sondra. She talks down to me and acts like I'm always stupid and lm always wrong. She causes anxiety attacks. I've been seeing Edie for years and have asked to address multiple symptoms that she always brushes off. I feel like she always discounts everything I say. I have a few ovarian cysts which are causing a lot of pain. She told me it's not causing me pain. I went and signed a release to send my records to Prescott Women's clinic. I've heard great things about that practice and want a second opinion. After I signed the release Sondra called me and yelled at me and talked over me and wouldn't listen to anything I tried to say. She told me I couldn't come back to their practice if she sent my records elsewhere. I told her the importance of my follow up ultrasound and told her she was very unprofessional. She said I just didn't get what I wanted and made me feel like I was a piece of dirt under her show and also caused me terrible anxiety. Very unprofessional. Edie would do much better without Sondra. She accused me of never following up yet I called multiple times and left messages also my husband called and left messages. I believe Sondra screened to messages and ignored me. Very unprofessional! Terrible woman!

Edie is my favorite. The wait times can be a bit long but that's because she takes her time with patients.

Their billing is outrageous. $1200 (with insurance) for ultrasounds and 2 blood draws. Ridiculous.

I don't have anything bad to say. I have gone here for long time. They make sure you all your health concerns and health you didn't even know you had was brought to the table. They take great care of you. I love Edie and her team.

Dr Edie Morgan and her associates are professionals that are kind and compassionate. The reception crew is friendly and efficient. I'm cash pay, so it was pricey.but all in all I'm satisfied with the treatments as well as the environment.

Great experience every time I go there. Staff are friendly and know me by my first name. Edie is amazing. She always listens to my concerns. I know that she genuinely cares for her patients. She has a lab and ultrasound in her office that is so convenient. I highly recommend her.

After moving to AZ about 18 months ago I am so blessed to find Edie Morgan as my health provider. She truly cares about her patients. She Listens! Edie is very thorough and love that her office has a lab for blood draws. That is extremely convenient. Cindy at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. Sondra and Michelle are fantastic nurses. They care and want the best for patients. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I am saddened to be changing my review. I have been seeing Edie for years, and I truly thought she cared about me as a patient and valued me and my health. Apparently this is not the case. As other reviews have mentioned, Edie is knowledgeable, but her staff are awful. Sondra has been a source of anxiety to me for years- she is not qualified or authorized to give medical advice, yet she does so often, and often it is dangerous advice. She also fields phone calls and getting her to actually ask Edie a question for me is like pulling teeth. Most recently, I called the office to ask them to have me checked via ultrasound to make sure my pregnancy was okay (I had a scare), and Sondra not only refused (she told me I would have to go to the ER.during a pandemic, when it wasn't necessarily an emergency, and the ER is so expensive) but she berated me for going to a midwife for advice about my birth plan, and then belittled me for wanting to "drive all the way to town from Prescott Valley". Now, after I've had my baby, I have tried repeatedly to get back in to see Edie and all of them are ignoring me, even thought they know I need medical attention. It is bizarre treatment, very unprofessional, and completely negligent. They are a disgrace to their profession to behave this way. I have been a good patient- always expressing my gratitude in a multitude of ways. I have never been treated so poorly, and have found somewhere else to go.

Edie is fantastic, she came into her office twice when it was closed in order to treat me. She is very kind and professional.
Her staff are also very helpful and friendly.
