Ben and his team were good to work with during the purchase of our new build home. They went by our lot weekly to monitor the progress. They communicated with the builder on our behalf when we were out of town for a week during the process. They even surprised us with moving boxes and other things to make our move easier.

I am so glad we worked with Ben and The Swanson Team to sell one of my properties! Ben made the sale of our house very easy, and his team worked hard to keep us updated and stayed in touch constantly.

Ben SWANSON is a liar, and a bully. He does nothing and expects you to do all the work. He told us what we wanted to hear and sat back and did nothing. His entire team quit in 2 weeks. HE IS NOT AN HONEST PERSON AT ALL. Please do not hire him, you will regret it.

Ben and his team are the absolute best! Brittney and Sadie are very responsive to requests when you want to add or remove things you are looking for in your new house. Ben is very knowledgeable of the valley real estate and knows exactly where to look for homes in your price range and best interest. Everyone in the office does their best to make you feel like you are the only one they are working with. If you are buying a $200k house but want to be treated like you are buying a multi-million dollar mansion, call Ben Swanson! You will be glad you did!

It was truly disappointing seeing all these wonderful reviews and to have an opposite experience. It was difficult getting ahold of Ben and if I could get him to send a text it would be very short almost one word responses. I had a feeling as though Ben was just preferring to not speak with me. So naturally I put it to the test by reaching out through my business line and sure enough Ben was quick to answer his phone. Now being desperate I let him know that I was able to make a cash offer and finally was given the information I was needing and attempting to ask for the last two days. This left me feeling as though Ben wasn’t taking my offer seriously and I’m not sure what I have done to deserve this.

Ben and Sadie have been amazing! They are in touch pretty much constantly, which for us was so important because we moved across country several weeks before we actually closed. They have taken care of a number of issues that have popped up that needed to be done before closing. I interviewed several agents and Ben just seemed like the right fit, his price was higher than everybody else which made me a little hesitant But he came through and sold it for more than what everybody else said=RESULTS! Where do I begin? I am absolutely blown away with the experience Ben and Sadie provided throughout my home selling process.
