Just recently, we hired Harry Orlish to sell a home for us in Laveen, Arizona. He did a fantastic job in getting our house sold. The house was built in the late 70’s, so there ended up being some issues that needed to be addressed prior to the sale.
There were some simple cosmetic issues that needed attention, but there were also some bigger issues concerning roofing, plumbing, and septic tank inspection problems.
Harry went above and beyond in many ways to help get all of these issues addressed and corrected. He was at the house pretty much every day, where he coordinated everything that needed to be done to sell the house. He helped to get qualified personnel on site to make the necessary repairs, and he actually grabbed a shovel and got involved physically in helping to locate and uncover the septic tank inspection lid.
The first septic tank inspection company showed up totally unprepared to do what was necessary to get this important job completed. When he confronted them about their lack of ethics and workmanship, they got upset and presented us with a bogus report saying we needed to completely replace the septic tank. Harry did not give up. After the bad report, he had another licensed septic company come out right away. They performed the inspection, which showed all was okay except for one small repair that needed to be made. They completed the work quickly and professionally, and then sent us a passing report for the septic tank.
After this, all was well until we ran into some problems with the loan company and title company. Harry once again jumped into action and held these companies accountable for not only their actions, but their inactions as well.
I’m not sure if he has very many tough sells like this one, but if you want someone who will represent you in the sale of your home and do whatever is needed to get it done, both professionally and ethically, then Harry is your Guy!

Harry was fantastic, he made my wife and I feel completely comfortable with our home purchase. He was always available and help us find our perfect farm home. I would recommend him to anyone.
