Can’t give this any better rating. There was only one person working and they didn’t inform us the person ahead of us had placed a huge order. Waited 20 minutes for one smoothie, when I had gone there assuming a smoothie would be something quick. And the smoothie was not very good either.

Best acai bowl in Tucson for sure. I've tried a bunch all over town. The staff is very friendly!

Absolutely terrible experience. The drink was awful, and even though I tipped over 30%, the employees said they "sadly" didn't ensure customer satisfaction and would not make another drink that actually tasted good. The brunette employee was extremely ditzy and unprofessional. Will not be returning.

My berry smoothie was delicious. As was my guest’s green veggie drink. Servers were not welcoming and it took nearly 20-25 minutes for our orders. There was no one else in the place. Pricey.

Very unfriendly. I stopped in there after a 2 hour road trip from Phoenix and asked if they had a restroom I could use before ordering. Felt so unwelcome, decided to go across the street to the hub instead even though all I wanted an acai bowl

The female worker (wanna be male) has horrible attitude and needs to take a class on customer service. I come here couple times out of the week and she keeps forgetting the fruit that comes with bowl also Please use better choice of words. Pay attention It's the little things that matter.

Today it took 30mins for a smoothie and a fresh squeezed juice. There was one other person in front with an acai bowl order. I'd like my money back, that is way too much time for 3 orders to be complete. I really needed to leave, but I had already paid $10 for each drink.

I LOVE the Sweet tooth smoothie bowl. If you're a chocolate lover like me you should get this yummy deliciousness in a bowl.

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL UP UNTIL TODAY. August, 24,2023 at the Congress location @4-4: 30pm Both workers were extremely rude, I felt like my presence was very unwanted because both employees gave me dirty looks the second I walked inside. Although the female with the short black taper fade was obviously annoyed with my questions about the different açaí bowls, I still managed to kill her with kindness &” even tipped thinking maybe it would make their day &” attitude better. But nope! The service was still super UNPROFESSIONAL &” this truly made me feel really uncomfortable, because I’m always super respectful to anybody working in the food industry because I know how people can get when it comes to their food speaking from personal experiences. But Topping it off the bowl was also super unappetizing as if it was made very carelessly &” I’ve honestly NEVER had this issue before. I had even left a review down below from a previous visit. But now my review will stay at 1 ️
Hopefully management takes recognition of this because this is completely not okay to treat residents of downtown who support local businesses this way &” I just hope these workers don’t treat everyone this way because it will definitely be my last time back here.

Had an awesome experience thanks too Workers Nick &” Grace who had amazing customer service, I’m in love with my Açaí bowl choice I’ll definitely be back thank you Berry Greens

The staff was so rude, we walked in and they were looking down on their phone did not look up. We had an issue with a previous order and they said they could not do anything to contact the manager and when we asked if they can provide us with the managers information they said to go look at their website and we would find it there.

4/26/23 female employee with short hair would not accept the Tucson gift card that this business is partner with. I had a balance on my gift card. She did not want to take the effort to try to type it in manually. And put me in a awkward spot with my guests.

Super slow! They only got one person working the back on a Saturday morning. Be prepared to wait like 30 minutes for your order!

The product is great! They have a great thing going with that. The staff.needs an attitude adjustment, 1st don't open a busy spot with only one employee who can't keep up with taking orders and making them, by themselves! I ordered online on my way to work and don't have time to wait an additional 20min.
2nd all 3 girls I encountered in just 1 day morning and @closing (2days ago) had a poor attitude not knowing how to properly communicate. After reading others reviews on them, this seems to be their biggest downfall. Customer service is so important! Get it together. 4 people walked out that morning on you, loosing potential revenue. My order alone was over 20 bucks, get them help and train for better customer interaction!

Here from Seattle and went with my Granddaughter and enjoyed a Smoothie and Chia pudding. It was amazing, as was the service
