Best Buy, Phoenix AZ

Showed product in stock online "Pickup today! ", as well as a sale price online. Wouldn't honor sale price even though there is a "price match guarantee" (and it was from their own website). Decided to buy anyway, but turned out product wasn't even in stock after all when they went in the back to find it. Ridiculous.

Don't waste your time at this store online says they have stuff in stock they do not wanted to buy an unlocked phone was a complete waste of time manger was very rude will not be going back to this location

I only had to pick up an order but anyways I've been shopping at best buy for years and they have an amazing selection of tech and such. I can almost find what I need there.

Some of the most kind and caring workers you will ever meet very knowledgeable and should be your first stop anything electronic related

Needed computer cord and from out of town they gave me old one they had. Best buy cheaper on movies than Amazon and I get points too

Good service and products, but extremely overpriced, would for sure be better off going onto amazon, and sometimes even walmart.

Very helpful. We were met at the entrance by a young man who radioed two other workers in the department we were directed to go to. They met us and greeted us with smiles, and asked how they could help us.
We were then escorted through the department to get the product we needed. And it was even on sale!

In a great area, bright and clean. Staff at the online pickup counter were helpful and polite.

The store was moderately busy when I was there but I had a hard time locating a staff member to assist me in the Apple products section. I ended up leaving without purchasing the iPad case I was looking for (I stopped in on my way to an appointment).

This was my first visit to this store but I would not hesitate to shop here again if I was in the area.

Miles ahead of the customer service at the Rio Salado location. They should take some notes. Tempe marketplace is too hypey.

I love to go to Best Buy. I enjoy going there and finding out the newest tech and asking questions about them. They have knowledgeable employees.

I am not sure why this location has so many good reviews. I went in here today to buy a TV and there was no one on the register. I was told to go to customer service. I walk over there and there are 3 people doing pick up orders so it took 10 min to get checked out. With 3 weeks until xmas and this location does'nt even staff a cashier. Wonder why best buy is going out of business

The people who work in the store know their products but Best Buy is a little expensive yet I would recommend it as my first choice when purchasing Electronics in Phoenix

A great Best Buy location. Tons of item selection, along with great pricing and deals like their open-box aisle. Have been shopping for all of my tech related products at this Best Buy location for a while now thanks to their price matching, absolutely 0 issues.

Not a lot of selection in what I was looking for. I wasn't able to get most of what I needed. The sales person tried really hard to help me.

Would like to say great things however, is there such a thing as too much customer service? My wife and I left the other day without really spending any time browsing for what we went in for. No joke.every 30 seconds we were approached by a different associate. The visit before when I actually did need assistance it took four guys huddled around the computer to tell me what what I had already researched at home.

Walked into the store seeing 5 employees standing around doing nothing. 3 of the item I needed in stock and none of the 3 could be found. Shelves poorly stocked and employees were not helpful. Would have talked to the manager but he was standing around with the other 4. Best buy has become the Walmart of elctronics. Very disappointing

I will always return to this location because of the amazing customer service I received while getting a new phone yesterday. Nick helped me out and even though I knew what I wanted he made the experience so much easier and was extremely friendly. With customer service being so important to me, Nick made the whole experience great. I will be coming back just because of him.

If you are looking for a phone upgrade a phone or TV, buy some headphones or computer this is place. Honest options, great help and willing to try and answer all your questions.and matches specials and sales.

Best Buy definitely has a lot of cool stuff and they're usually one of the first places I look when I need something technical. However, the "kids" they hire often know very little about their products.
