Best Reflexology, Surprise AZ

I’ve come in here numerous times before the last time I came in the massage therapist who worked on me had made my shoulder problem way worse however I’ve had a stiff neck for the last three days so I went in there for their quick 15 minute relieve soreness special that’s advertised on the door when I go in there they told me they wouldn’t do that I needed at least an hour mind you I’m on my way to work as soon as I asked him about the thing on the door they walked away and said either you’re gonna want the $50 one or you’re not and walked away ignored me I typically don’t write reviews but Since I work in the service industry I wanted to let everyone know the quality of service I did not get today

Was good was left a lil sore next day but it did what it was supposed too. She found problem areas without saying anything to her.

The business is very clean and the staff is outstanding. Treat yourself to a full body massage or walk in for a 15 minute treatment.

May has done wonders with my back and there are not enough words to convey what this woman and her arts have done for me. Thank you, Miss May.

Its not luxurious but their traditional Asian techniques is worth it! The service is great. Very affordable.

The massage is good but so are other places. When paying I gave my usual 20% tip but the non English speaking lady kept insisting on more and pointing at their menu with what they think their tip should be. Last time I looked I’m still in America and 20% tip is great but this lady continued to taunt me until she gave back all the stress she took away. Nice facility and very clean but there’s a reason no one is there anymore. I called to share this information with the owner and she laughed the entire phone call. Expect to give 30%-40% tip or you will be harassed.

Not happy with this service. They would not customize their services and kept leaving the room to answer the phone. Massage felt rough. I paid full price with my credit card and gave them cash for a tip, however I was told that my tip was not enough. She said $12 was the minimum tip. It was embarrassing and stressful to be told this as I was ready to leave. Left with bad feelings about my oriental massage.

I thought their massage was pretty good, and brought my sister there for her birthday. I paid for both massages – – they charge $48 each which was higher than they quoted — but I was happy. We tipped them generously with cash. When I later got my credit card statement, they charged me for three massages, not two.

When I phoned the owner, May, she immediately yelled at me and said it was the credit card company’s fault. I thought that was a very strange reaction, as I had assumed it was just a simple mistake and didn’t accuse her of any wrongdoing.

Clean and friendly. However they tell you it’s $46 cash for full body reflexology and don’t tell you in the beginning that they won’t let you leave unless you tip them a minimum of $12 cash on top of their $46 fee. Very dissatisfied.

Mays knowledge is rare and hard to find. I am from Denver, CO and have yet to find someone with Mays expert knowledge. She was spot on with my areas of concern without me having to tell he beforehand. Although I was helped with a 120 whole body session by another woman Mays kept a listening ear and interjected her instruction to the therapist working on me. I will go back weekly until my vacation is over here. I would recommend reflexology here to anyone wanting to understand how our your feet are the foundation to our health and wellness.

Very clean, professional, thoughtful, kind and thorough. Therapist May eased a great deal of tension with unique use of feet, hands, hot stones and cupping along meridians. Highly recommend May to anyone experiencing neck, shoulder and back aches, tightness or pain.
