Best Western Inn Of Chandler

Room was clean. Service was great. Tje breakfast offered was not so great but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's a nice two story motel. Not very fancy, but seems clean and safe. It's conveniently located to a major road in Chandler. The bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was typical continental fare and plentiful. No gym, but the outdoor pool was nice to cool off from the heat. No USB charging in the room, so bring your plug.

Breakfast was bland and scarce. Attendant hovered around monitoring the breakfast you took. Staff rude.

Best Western Inn of Chandler exceeded my expectations in terms of value! While some aspects of the hotel may be dated, the overall experience was exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend it for a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay, but not if you're looking for something upscale.

Last two trips from New Orleans is a stay here. Visiting my parents and it’s affordable and close to downtown Chandler:) clean, great staff and McDonald’s connected parking lot (late night snacks). Staying by myself and locked myself out accidentally late night and got two new key cards. With four they set me up for success lol. Highly recommend! See y’all next time:) Thanks y’all!

The room and lobby were definitely clean, and it was nice and quiet all night, but I only had one channel on the TV (which I didn't complain about since I didn't get settled until 9pm), and the "hot breakfast" was bare minimum and not very hot. I guess I just expect a little more at this price point for this location and brand.

Staff is super friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast. You actually get a hot hotel breakfast, which has been rare for us since covid. It's fresh and the staff is constantly refilling/stirring/cleaning (even at 6: 30 am which is when we were always there). The rooms are clean and the housemaids are really sweet. Microwave and larger fridge (with small freezer section) were a huge plus. The hotel is a little dated but that doesn't bother us.and if it doesn't bother you the proximity to downtown chandler made for some fun nights!

The motel was fine. Very nice for less than $120. The breakfast was the same every single day. I would suggest changing it sometimes.

Greeted with a very inpatient person at the counter. The same lady was there when I reported that our room was not clean, her response was sir what would you like me to do about it. The reponse should have been, sorry sir I will make sure it won't happen again. Oh and it did happen again.

Look for a cute girl named Elsa. She's the best. She works at the front desk. For the money that you pay, it's worth it. Not a 4-star hotel, but who cares? You can get a good night's sleep without worry. Highly recommended.

For the price 166 plus tax it very old school it should be cheaper. Needs upgrades, old heater a/c unit by the wall no thermostat kids toilet for one night eh still needs improvement for the price

Staff treated us with kindness and said hello whenever we entered, left, or were getting off the elevator.

We’re always happy at the WinterBest Western Inn Of Chandler. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

The welcome was warm and friendly. The attendant went out of her way to fetch me some hot chocolate even though I arrive late. Room overall was clean and well kept. I would rent again and I do recommend. Good place to rest for the night.

You get what you pay for. I appreciate the fridge, pullout bed, work desk, and microwave in our room. Room was pretty clean. Bed is comfy. Breakfast actually had a decent variety which was a pleasant surprise. McDonald’s conveniently next door. Overall, would consider staying here again.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast food was good. Gentleman at desk in morning was not only efficient and polite, but also very humorous. A few of us there had a really nice breakfast because of him.
I used the handicapped room, and it was terrific. You can't hear between rooms the beds are easy to sink into at the end of a long day. I highly recommend this Best Western.
