Best Western Plus Yuma Foothills Inn & Suites

Great hotel, fairly quiet considering the nearby shopping area.
Rooms were clean, no nasty odours.and staff were friendly too.
Good breakfast in the morning.

This review is toward the lady you have working the front desk on this date. (White, blonde hair and nasty arude attitude) Her cavalier attitude needs to be adjusted. She does not greet she only speaks after you prompt her too speak. Maybe she is having a bad night or just does not like people.
1. She did not greet me or my wife as we entered the lobby. (Maybe we disturbed her star gazing and she was upset) At the front counter, I stood in front of her only for her to say staying here (No hello, good evening.nada). Then she barley spoke asking for my ID and cc. The only reason she asked is because I just stood there dumbfounded about how rude/ill-mannered she was acting.
2. I gave her both my id and cc (in her hand). She places them on the counte when finished with them. I find that disrespectful. If it's handed to you, you should hand them back.
3. The paper to complete the initials and make model of car.all she did was highlight the lines then slid the paper on the counter towards me and pointed at the highlighted blanks.
I responded what is that only to get her to speak and explain what was needed. (My thoughts were damn how rude is your nighttime receptionist/employee).
4. Not telling us where the room is just pointed at the elevator. (Like go find it)

I am telling you, this has got to be the rudest person alive at this hour. I said thank you and walked away. Wishing I would have just walked out but I am tired.
I hope this review makes it to her hands so she can see how awful she treated another person. Weather or not she deems her attitude and actions acceptable, Best Western should not!

Pros:
The hotel is modern looking and clean. The location is good and it’s right next to a bunch of restaurants and some stores. There’s a Tesla supercharger just 5min away and they actually have an EV charger on site as well. There’s plenty of parking space all around the hotel with exits on all four sides. The pool looked nice though we didn’t use it. Breakfast is pretty decent with a nice variety. We got two twin-queen-bed rooms and they were spacious with a nice kitchenette and a large fridge.

Cons:
Walls are thin so it might be a problem for light sleepers. Most people are considerate not to let the doors slam but we could hear the baby crying/family talking next door. We were awakened at 2am by the person in the room above us dragging his luggage. Remember to get a room away from the highway.

The room we booked was meant for 4 pax but the toiletries given were really small (see picture).

Owner/management of this hotel is a liberal. Don’t play the Communist News Network (CNN) in your breakfast area. Automatic one star rating earned! For your ignorance!

Juice and coffee bar open 24/7! The kids loved that. The pool was heated during our visit. Nice court yard around the pool area. The rooms was clean.

We are from out of state and spent a night here of our vacation on November 18th, our daughter’s 10th birthday.
When my husband went in to check about a room, everything was clean and well managed, so he didn’t hesitate to book it. We took our children to a park, came back, checked in and asked if they’d mind if our daughter had a small birthday party with some of her cousins that just relocated to the area. They quickly agreed which we were pleasantly surprised! They allowed us use of the pool area for pizza and even put our ice cream sandwiches in the freezer until our kiddos were ready for them. Everything is top notch here and the service by the staff is what every Best Western should model themselves after.

So far, it is the best place to stay in the Yuma, AZ area. The young lady who helped was very friendly.

Absolutely phenomenal! The room was super clean, updated, had great LED lighting, a really comfy bed with luxurious pillows. The hot breakfast in the morning was almost to good to be true! Biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage, eggs, chocolate muffins, cereal, cappuccino, lattes, juice… it was worth the price 100%

Way better than the other Best Western in Yuma. The issue is that the room was not fully cleaned. Food crumbs under one bed, the TV remote under the other bed.
So, tells me that they don't thoroughly clean. Just maybe change sheets, towels, and no vacuuming.
The free breakfast was good other than the eggs were really dry.
Not much around it as off the freeway, but that's ok. It was for 1 night.
Everything else was great.

Lori at the front desk was amazing. 2 nights ago the ac unit in my room had issues. Right after another customers did as well. She handled both situations calmly. He got a different room, mine recovered and started working. But she reassured me prior that it would work and offered me cold water and a quiet area to wait for it to be fixed. Today I got back, and my room ac was again not working, but she got me in another room within minutes. She is very good at her job, very polite, and I am thankful for her taking care of us.

The rooms are nice and clean, all the staff are friendly as well.

This might be one of the nicest Best Western hotels I've ever seen. Lori at the front desk was awesome. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. I'm anxious to try out the breakfast buffet in the morning. It looks like they might have everything. I'm very pleased to stay here.

Pool was delicious after driving most of the day in 100°+ temps. Had a flat and had to extend an extra night. Staff was helpful, courteous and professional in all aspects of my stay.

This hotel was very nice! Super clean and modern. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub as well. The pool was as warm as a bath which was actually pleasantly welcome in the desert dryness. Night staff was friendly and helpful.

Loud AC in room 342, carpet was bunching in places but over all felt fairly clean and good enough for two nights.

Absolutely loved it here. We stayed just one night, could have stayed a week or more. From the minute we walked through the door, greeted with a big smile and helpful service.
Room was very clean and spacious, clean bathroom with toiletries. We had lovely view of the pool. Pool was clean and modern. Had a dip in pool and spa it was very pleasant indeed.
Had a nice choice for breakfast, staff again pleasant and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
Would have rated it higher than a two star hotel.
