I have taken several classes with them on line and most have been a bust. Poor filming, the topic not as presented, not receiving the materials on time. Calling and emailing is a waste. You get no response. Will never purchase another canvas from them.

I ordered 4 luggage tag canvases in January, 2021. My card was immediately charged the full $330 but I received the first canvas only in mid-July and the final one in mid-November. I attempted to contact the store by email, by phone message, and through the website, all with no response. My only communication success was by phoning every few minutes until someone picked up. In desperation, I finally asked for a refund on the last canvas (10 months after placing the order) and was told the refund would be processed within a day, but 2 days later, the canvas was shipped! Two of the canvases (INSPWR 04 and INSPWR 39) are pictured on the website with the luggage tag itself (and cost ~$70, ~$30 more than a canvas NOT pictured with a tag), but no tag was shipped. I was told that despite the photo and elevated price, the canvas doesn't come with a tag. Confusing at the very least. From the reviews, it seems the in-store experience is a positive one, but I have never had a more disappointing and aggravating on-line shopping experience.

I love this shoppe! Seeing the completed canvases opened my eyes to the potential of what a canvas can be. I am new to needlepoint and required a lot of hand holding when I walked in with my five projects in tow. Lisa was patient and meticulous about choosing the fibers for each canvas making sure I was comfortable with the suggestions. I am looking forward to taking classes with Lisa and broadening my stitching techniques. My new happy place!

Never received my order and no response at all after numerous attempts requesting for status. Poor customer service.

Love coming to this needlepoint store with my mom! The classes are so fun, and there's a great selection of fibers and canvasses. Definitely a hit!

I had a wonderful experience visiting Bestitched from out of town. Everybody was very kind and exceptionally helpful.such a nice change from my LNS! I even received a thank you email the following day. I look forward to visiting again when I'm in Scottsdale.
