This is a great small bike shop. They're not just out to sell you something expensive, they actually listened and want to help you find something you need! No high pressure sales. Excellent service especially from the manager Braxton. This is by far the best bike shop I've been to.

I can't say enough about their customer service. I had a huge issue with my Giant ebike and Braxton went above and beyond to make it right. And since he was already fixing the controller he also did a few other things free of charge. My son told me about their customer service so I drive an hour and a half one way past other Giant shops. If you're going to buy an ebike, you're going to need servicing. You should consider driving a little further for expert and friendly service. 5 Stars!

Just got off the phone with Braxton at this bike repair shop. Looking to get an adjustment on drivetrain. Braxton was super kind to give me an overview of what could be wrong with my bike.

Definitely would recommend checking this place out if you need bike repair.

I was about to give up on my 10 yr old carbon road bike. The last two years, different shops could not get shifting right, making for terrible riding experiences. Thought I would have to replace all components or maybe even buy a new bike. These guys got it perfect, maybe even better than new! Thanks!

Shopping experience:
When I first visited the store, I described how I would use the bike, mostly around the neighborhood with the occasional dirt path.

The guys recommended a couple different hybrid (road/mountain) models. I got to test ride the bikes in the lot behind the store and made my decision based on that test. I appreciated the demo because you don't really know how a bike will ride and feel unless you actually ride it.

I bought a hybrid for less than $700 out the door, which included an upgrade to thorn-resistant tires/tubes. So Bicycle Depot is a good choice for those who can afford a high quality bike but don't want to break the bank. And you get free maintenance for life.

Customer service experience:
Recently I needed a repair because the back tire wouldn't hold air. My fault, I wasn't regularly maintaining the proper air pressure and over time my weight had damaged the tubing. The guy at the store (same guy I talked to when I bought the bike) explained how often I needed to check the air pressure and recommended a PSI.

$26 and 10 minutes later the bike was fixed. He even adjusted the front brake.

I highly recommend Bicycle Depot.

Amazing place has everything you need for a bike and if you want a new nice bike customer service was amazing got my bike fixed in 20 minutes with a bunch of stuff wrong with it

Have gone here several times and each time I was taken care of courteously and quickly. They even mounted a device on the bike free of charge.emergencies taken care of right away.

These guys are awesome! We bought 3 cruisers and a bike rack. The guy asked us if he needed help installing it and did it right on the spot. We also bought a baby seat online and brought it in and they put it in for us free of charge. Everyone is super nice and always in a good mood. Thank you!

Great staff, super helpful in answering questions on which bike would suite my needs best, even when the best one wasnt in their stock! We were able to get it shipped to them and they put the bike together super quick for me. Definitely recommend this shop

I go out of my way to visit this shop for all my biking needs. Everyone who works there are just down to earth great people and always a pleasure to work with. Great prices on everything and their bike maintenance and work performed on my bikes has always been top notch!

Have been going to Braxton for a few years for both my road bike and our mountain bikes. He’s awesome! Fixes and preps my road bike for my triathlons and has great advice. They are really nice here and honest and super helpful!

Fabulous and helpful staff. Great location immediately off 101 at 59th. And a smart selection of bikes for all ages and all conditions. They do on-site repairs. They have set our children up with the perfect bike for their needs, even as they grow.

I bought a stolen brand bike here and it was defective. They fixed it even though it was out of the stolen brand warranty for free! They even aired the tires and tightened the chain up brakes, everything. Great place! I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I bought a bike in Dec 2020. I have been in several times for adjustments to the bike. They are always very friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions. Best decision I made buying a Bike from the Bicycle Depot of AZ. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone

My husband and I had an excellent first experience here 2/14. All of the staff are polite and knowledgeable. We came in a half hour before closing (unknowingly) to buy some bikes. Jordan G. (referred to in store as Jordan #1) helped us find exactly the right bikes. He was very patient and provided a lot of good information. He took the time to cut my seat down and install a reflector. Jordan even helped us get the bikes into my car fifteen minutes after the store actually closed which was super nice of him. Jordan really went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We will be sending all of our friends here to buy bikes. Thanks for the great service!

Update 3/31/2021
We really like this shop. We have been back a couple times and Dillion has helped us with fixing flats and generously making some minor adjustments to my bike after I romped it off a curb like a champ and bent the derailer. Manager Braxton is very nice and knowledgeable. We will happily continue coming here for all of our cycling needs.
