Biff Baker Fence Company Inc, Tucson AZ

It's been 2 weeks and i still have not received a quote. Time sensitive project and after a follow up phone call from Alex and a week later no call no show. Disappointed

That fence company can do it all!
I wish there was a Biff Baker Fence Co on Santa Barbara county, Love all the custom work.

Work is good but it is extremely difficult to get a hold of the sales rep. We added more work to an existing work order and it took 4 months to complete because of "covid, " in 2022. Of course it couldnt have been because the order was lost, according tot he sales rep, and then we were told multiple times they would be out the following week, only to not show up. When i finally left a message informing them we would be looking for another company to finish the job, all of a sudden the company was able to get everything they needed to finish the job within 3 days. Like I said, good quality work, but like others here in the reviews have said, extremely hard to get a hold of them, and took way too long to finish a simple job.

Do not bother trying to do business with Biff Baker Fence Company. They will ignore calls, and if you do somehow manage to get them to come out and measure/inspect in order to create a quote, they will ghost you and never actually provide that quote.
I can only assume that they get enough business and/or government contracts that they can afford to completely ignore residential customers.

Contacted companion in August to get an estimate as a truck had hit our fence. Estimator came out, said we'd get the quote the following week. Gave him 2 weeks, called the company at the end of August and was told that estimator was no longer with the company and they'd send someone else out asap. Jan 5 2022 - and still have not heard back from them.

My family and our 4 dogs were moving from California to Tucson and we needed an enclosed dog run installed that included snake fencing and a roof. The snake fencing was in place to prevent rattlesnakes from getting in to the run and the roof fencing was required due to our rural location and the presence of coyotes, bobcats and even the occasional mountain lion. We made several calls and picked Biff Baker to do the job. They were not the least expensive but they were responsive, professional and did everything on time as promised. The material was as they promised and they managed the job from start to finish while we were still in California! If you have a need for any of the services Biff Baker Fence has the ability to provide I highly suggest you call and hire them. They are what a service company should be.

My business needed fencing with little notice due to COVID. It was a huge challenge for us to secure our business. Bill came out and took care of us and helped us tremendously. Very grateful to have locally owned businesses that look out for you. Highly recommend them.

Very nice professional people, good at the job they do. But from there ofc.personal to there employees that fence company take every time for your thoughts and express there insight to help do a job very well done.
A craft that they hold strong on and in the field.

Good value for money and nice quality end product. Crew was tidy, polite and hard working and went above and beyond to do a good job in extremely hot temps. Highly recommend them.

I called biff baker fence Alex came out to look at my fence to add a gate to my property and they measured my fence said they would get back to me with a quote. Been two weeks now. STILL WAITING TO HERE FROM THEM. GUESS MY GATE ADDITION WAS NOT A BIG DOLLAR JOB SO THEY NEVER CALLED WITH A QUOTE.
