Big 5 Sporting Goods - Bullhead City

I think the service is very poor there. With that said. Most companies don't pay there people a living wage. So why would there people care about service.

Cool story but I don't know if anybody else feels this way you go in there and everything like watching you and their younger not happy people in there everybody seems to be really just uneasy frumpy unrested or something but nevertheless cool store

On the smaller side of things. They have a little bit of everything, but not seemingly what I was looking for. And that fine. I don't think a larger version of the store could survive in this location, which is unfortunate.

Had the WORST experience, two gentlemen were very kind and treated me well.however, the rest of the 6 workers sat in the center of the store and judged me the moment I walked in. Upon checking out I was told that I could not buy shoe goo because I was under 18 however they never checked my ID.very rude service.as I walked out I heard snarky remarks as I walked out.upon further research you can buy shoe goo under 18 there are now laws against it.no thanks I’ll buy it off amazon this business will not be receiving any of my money xoxo-Karen

Decent selection for a small town sports store. Prices are a little steep but that's to be expected in a small town store with no nearby competitors.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spent alot of time trying to help us find what we needed. Although they did not find it they made several phones for us to other stores in Las vegas and surrounding areas. If you are in need of. Any sporting goods in the Laughlin Bullhead City area this is the store to go to. Thank you.

Love this store they have all sporting equipment/gear, tons of shoes and boots to shop from, some super cool apparel, skate stuff, all kinds of things. This is a store that if you visit you'll definitely revisit again.

The customer service is awful. I walked in no one said hello the manager was chit chatting with his employees and there were customers that needed help. My mom need help and couldn't get help. The customer use to be amazing years ago. The staff there needs to be retrained on customer service.

Small but great selection, brands and hot sale prices. Fishing licenses sold here with all you need.

Items I bought were priced, but rang up higher at checkout. Manger took forever to come, then didn't want to fix the mistake.

Sporting goods store with lots of shoes, equipment, , camping, boating and sporting goods items. Has seasonal items. This is a small location compared to others. It is a chain store

Horrible all three girls working tonight were very rude and they don't care about customer service especially the one that was working in the shoe department she was the worst one. Very disappointed

I had a great time. The employees were so kind when i was looking to find soccer cleats for my Daughter. The young man that helped us was very kind as my daughter tried shoe after shoe.

I visited this store while on vacation so not usually the one I visit. I purchased multiple items which also included a few things on the daily deals emails. I handed the clerk the coupon for the daily deals and she scanned, I then provided her with a $10 coupon off $40 or more and I was well over that amount. I have never had an issue with this in my local store but this time the store clerk said I could not double dip on the coupons. I had enough items that I could have done 2 separate transactions and the same outcome but because it was super busy I did not want to inconvenience everybody else. It wasn't the amount of money because it was not much but more of the principle. Very irritated about the situation especially because this has never been an issue at my local store.

People in there don't seem to know much about sports equipment or what's out on the market. Not a good selection there.

This business is knocked it out of the park. The floor staff was super friendly super helpful super knowledgeable. The cashier was warm and friendly. The whole store is very organized very clean. Actually enjoyed my shopping experience rather than just having another errand that I had to mark off the list. I got some other stuff to get I will be back to the shop first

We are from Vegas and the staff was amazing. They helped out with questions we had and helped us purchase the right things we need for our float down the river.

This store is conveniently located on highway 95. They have a very knowledgeable staff that works there. They have an awesome selection of sporting goods and athletic equipment for the whole family.

Small. Mostly clothing. Staff only asked if I needed any help as I was leaving out the door. BHC Bait & Tackle got a great sale after I left Big 5. I gave them a chance. Not for me.

The place has tons of stuff but you will end up waiting 30+ minutes for help if it ever comes because the employees are too busy chatting. Walked in and they asked if I needed help and I told them I was there for ammo. They said they'd be right with me. Waited for over 30 minutes for help so I started looking at stuff near by. After another 30 minutes I headed for the door and they were still at the register chatting. The guy turned and asked if I found everything I was looking for. I said "nope, none of you helped like you said and I waited forever". He responded with "well have a good day and come back soon".
