Big 5 Sporting Goods, Phoenix AZ

I entered the store and clearly stated I have a mask exemption as defined by the state of Arizona and I was told I could not be in the store. This is wrong and fails to recognize and respect those that cannot wear masks.

Regarding the management response. I was discriminated against and shamed by these people based on the premise that you are protecting others. The others have the ability to wear a mask and therefore they are protected from me who cannot wear one. City of Phoenix and Maricopa county recognize and honor mask exemptions. I was singled out and embarrassed by this establishment. Shameful!

Terrible service and very rude at this store. What happened to this place. I will never go there agai. If you dont like your job then dont work there. Not recommended

Rude customer service. Way to lose profit. Guess if everyone else is going out of business they should as well since they want to treat people so poorly. I will never shop there again

Great prices with a professional courteous and friendly staff there to help. A rather large selection of all things sports and hunting with surprising items in the mix and surprisingly great pricing all around the store

Good place for purchasing sports items. I had bought soccer cleats for myself and kids and soccer ball as well. They might have some clearence options or some online coupon will be available. Otherwise I feel it won't be worth to buy many items.

You might find what you need, if you can find your way through the store. At what point does a company decide that they are selling too much stuff or that they need a bigger box to display everything?

I always have a great experience at Big 5 in Tramonto. The staff are friendly and helpful, they walk you right to the product and make sure to answer any questions before walking away. The store was clean and well organized, the only problem is they have so much cool stuff, it's hard to get out with only what you came for.

This is the only store I can buy bigger size shoes for my husband and son. Size 15 and 17. I could buy them from the internet but they charge 150.00 but if I check at Big 5 often they dont want to take up shelf space, they put in back and they are on clearance (39.99) score.go to this store the best ever

This is a great place to stop in and see if they have something I need if I don't feel like driving a little further to a bigger sporting goods store, but their selection is often not superb and the workers often come off as bored. On this particular visit, I was offered immediate help as I came in the door. I'll keep coming here in a pinch, but prefer a bigger store with a wider selection and higher-end goods.

I have always loved Big 5 Sporting Goods for their shoe selection and good prices. That employees are usually very courteous and knowledgeable. Good job Big 5.

Big 5 is a great store that sells a lot of sporting good items at a reasonable price. Always check their weekly specials for exceptional deals.
