Bit disappointed this visit. They did not have in stock the ammo that was advertised on their one day deal.

Good place to go for tennis shoes and find something at a decent price. Big plus using a $10 off coupon for shoes over $30. Also can get lake passes or park passes as well. Friendly staff all the time.

Big 5 is my go to store for shoes. I love hunting through their sale and clearance items. I love good shoes but i can't always afford buying them new at full price. Big 5 is my happy medium and i have always left with great shoes at a great price.

Went specifically for a 3 day deal item & what a bummer as this location & the other one on Arizona Ave & Ocotillo was all sold out. I would like to have been offered a rain check on the item but I guess that wasnt applicable in this situation for the 3 day deal.what a bummer as I've had absolutely terrible & absolutely amazing Customer service experiences here @ different Big 5 locations. Well I'll still come around if there's a good deal or a must buy item is needed but Big 5 is moving down the list of places I'll consider buying & more of a last resort option. Which sucks as there is a shortage of sporting goods shops nowadays.also pricing is all over the map at Big 5 with different items.in most cases overpriced.

Stopped by Big 5 to pickup some insulated gloves and found the one's we were looking for and a great price. It's been a while since I was in there and things have changes a lot. They have great prices on sport shoes and all the sporting goods you need.

The employee are more worried about having personal conversation with each other. When asking when an item is they act like it's heart ache to stop their conversation. There was no offer of help but pointing in a general direction. Pathetic.

Always somebody there to help you out find what you need, wide selection of every Sports equipment you need and then some

Staff has always been nice. Good sales. I've gotten quality items and very reasonable prices. Clean store.

I have signed up for the email savings 4 times and have yet to receive any coupons or discounts. The staff seem bothered to assist on more than one occasion. I make the drive to Dicks now.

Friendly staff. Got a great deal on an inversion table. I was so pleased with the manager I invited him to our restaurant, Wild Elk Den.

Ad in the mailbox. 100 dollar canopy for 50 dollars. I had been watching price's. Also had a 10 dollar coupon off anything over 30 dollars. Got canopy for 43 dollars.

Had what I needed. In and out in 5 min. I wish there were more Big 5's. Going into Dicks is daunting and there is never a customer service employee who can help.
