Big Air Trampoline Park, Chandler AZ

They require their socks but they don't strictly enforce the time spent in the facility so it feels like you get your money's worth. There was some popular equipment that wasn't supervised that of course ends up with kids that don't know how to share. Ironically there were more adults in the party area than there were kids playing. The teens here weren't following the rules or listening to staff but luckily they weren't too dangerous or at least no injuries happened that I saw.

Kiddo had loads of fun. It’s the third time we’ve been here and the excitement over coming back was over flowing. Did the all day pass and it was worth it.

Not satisfied.my kid was standing in line for 30 to 40 minutes to rock climbing, when his turn comes and about to go in, they said time is over. My Kid was not happy and says never go to Big air, he is crying for more than 30 min. Not happy with the staff

Nice place until the hood folk come in to let there children scream out run around wild and just become more of a nuisance to staff rather than an enjoyable good child. OVERALL place is clean big and fun for children of all ages from 5 to 14

I had a blast at Big Air Trampoline Park! There were so many obstacles to go through, and it's perfect for kids and adults alike. The variety of activities here sets it apart from other parks. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone had a great time. I'll definitely be coming back for more fun and thrills. Highly recommend for a day filled with excitement!

Visited Last night for cosmic night with my 6yr old and 4yr old. They wanted to do rock climbing but we’re scared at first but one of the workers very friendly Ms. Zeoya had convinced them to climb and they really enjoy, Place is very clean. Wiping things down consistently.

Will come back again!

This is one of the few clean play places for kiddos. I've been to many and always come back here. Staff is friendly too.

The children live for play day here! The staff is always nice and friendly. Always wiping things down. Love it!

My kids love Big Air! We go to Big Air pretty regularly, and the experience is very consistent.

My 5 year old attended the summer camp and enjoyed his experience there as well. I felt like it could have been more organized, and communication could have been better, however, it was a good experience for my son, and that’s what matters the most!

We love love love Big Air! We only go for toddler time, but it is such a fun place for the kids. My children have had numerous birthdays there and they are always a huge hit. Awesome place!

This place is big, quite new. Plenty of obstacles to keep all ages entertained. Great food court with plenty of options. Birthday party package is pricey but considering what they put in it, wow, huge private room. They do turn you out quickly though for the next guest, so be prepared to run things to the car. Overall the kids loved it and we will be back to play.

VERY busy when we visited on a Saturday morning. Not a lot of free trampoline space. Kids still had plenty of fun (2 year old and 5 year old).

This place is really cool but be careful when you bring your children. My 3 year old was jumping on the trampolines and found a vape pen. Could have been very dangerous. Lowering from 3 stars to 1 stars due to the response. In response to your response: It is certainly relevant to the business. My 3 year old found a vape in the kids area and I am warning parents that they need to keep a very close eye out when their children are there. If you have no control over the dangerous items left within the children's reach, and are unable to provide a safe environment at a children's place, then you should warn parents of the hazard instead of acting like it has nothing to do with your business.

I stopped by tonight for cosmic night and it was really awesome! We were enjoying our time at the basketball area and the bull. Amber helped my friends and I anytime we needed something and was fun to talk with.

Went to a birthday party here. They had a decent setup, and the party rooms are pretty good, with deluxe, padded seats picnic style tables.

Kids loved the variety of activities, mine loved the bull riding the most.

The pizzas were pretty basic, but pretty normal for this type of place. The food service guy hustled nicely bringing pitchers of drinks whenever needed.

They have three nice handicapped parking spaces on the north side, with very good curb ramps on either side.

Stopped in with the grandchildren while our vehicle was getting repaired. This gave them the opportunity to expend their energy while we waited. They had such a great time! Ages ranged from 10-2.

Pros the facility is large, clean, and lots of creative activities for kids. I was impressed with that. Cons the Sunday Little Leapers is absolute pandemonium. I don't think they put a limit on how many people can come in at once. All birthday parties are going at once and they're trying to make as much money as possible by smashing everyone in.

There was also a woman who went and told staff that I wasn't "watching my kid closely enough" when I was sitting in a chair right in front of him jumping and monitoring his every move. My son is Black and was well-behaved. I felt it was discriminatory given that she was visibly well-off, white, and bored looking to cause issues. There's a lot of entitled Karens in Chandler. There appears to be another review here that suggests the white people who attend this facility do discriminate.
