Big Brand Tire & Service - Yuma

Discovered a screw in my tire so I called a couple places and then I found this excellent shop no wonder they been in business 50 years they fixed my tire for free and I’m coming back soon for a oil change fast, friendly, and free! I didn’t even buy the tires from them

2 hours past when they said it would be done and 100 dollars extra after arguing about the charge being 200 more then the agreed amount and when I picked up my vehicle all the windows where left down in an unattended parking lot

Just take a look at my reviews Well big brand tire did call but turned up to be just talk with nothing in sight to be solved so back to hated it. If you so good n honest why not take lie detecter test oh you were Purrcell ' s to start. Notice if u write a bad review the company say they want resolve problem but nothing happens I have even gone back to free tire air check and got no service what the matter truth hurts?

They work on my Dodge 3500 and I took my car trailer In there for tires they are always professional and do great work! Never up selling useless items and honest about repairs. Wilbur is a great customer service rep!

We were on our way to SD when our tire blew up just passed Yuma. I called Big Brand Tire and they answered quickly and assured me they had multiple options for my tire size and they will be ready for us when we got there. They also let our dog inside and offered us water to beat the heat. They helped unpack and pack my trunk and didn't push anything extra on us. Really helpful during a stressful time! Thank you!

I was in need to change 4 tires in my car. I went to many places and no other place had the tires on stock. I was really in a rush and BBT was the only ones to have what i need. They front desk clerks were really positive and helpful, even tho I was a bit lost on the information they were giving me, they were able to better explain the process and what other areas needed attention in my car. Maybe their chairs are not the most comfortable but they sure make a client feel welcome and helped. 5 out of 5.

Big brand tire advertised a free oil change on Facebook I filled out the paper work and got a 4: 00 pm appt. They were all great very professional and nice to us customers I give them a score of this is where we will go from now on for our oil changes in our cars. Friendly and honest business. No fees to repair a tire. Tire Tech Daniel verified car's damaged tire condition and finally helped me to replace it with existing spare tire. All this with no service fee. However, Tire Tech received a good tip for his service. Thanks!

Fair prices. But, grease was left on key, steering wheel, gear shift, carpeting. Will not go back.
