Ordered 100 shirts and got them within 2 weeks. Great customer service and good pricing. Happy to support a local business especially when they're better than the national brands!

I walked in and placed an order for a custom shirt that I needed printed on the same day for my first performance and they were more than willing to help me! Noah produced exactly what I asked for and Big Frog was able to turn my products around on a tight deadline; the t-shirts turned out great! Adrian and Noah were very friendly and helpful and I would return there, again, if needed.

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. The staff was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in on a Monday, picked out my shirts and design and had them the next day! Bry did an excellent job and my shirts came out exactly how I had envisioned them. There in house inventory is impressive and odds are you will find what you are looking for in the store.

Right from the beginning it was a positive experience. I had no idea who to go to for what I wanted done. I looked on the internet and Big Frog was listed along with many other companies. I liked their web site as it appeared organized and clear so I gave them a call. The person that answered the phone listened to me, communicated clearly and was kind and welcoming. She answered my questions and was able to clearly give directions to the shop. The gal that helped me when I arrived at the shop treated me the same way. She helped me with my purchase and was patient with me as I made my decisions. I had purchased a Star Trek t-shirt and wanted it customized with a phrase above and below the picture. It turned out great and my Son-in-Law loved it. The shop was clean and displayed all sorts of pre-made t-shirts with great sayings on them and pictures. Do not go here, if you want good customer service go to AZ House of Graphix (nearby on Oracle much better service than Big Frog) We needed a job done in a little over a week. A woman working there said no problem and come back with the shirts. When I came back the manager was there and told me what the lady had promised wasn't possible and it would be much more expensive. He was extremely rude, arrogant and unsympathetic to what his employee had promised. He just kept repeating she wasn't trained for this. He never once apologized for the inconvenience or tried to find a compromise. I feel bad for his employee because he blamed her for everything never once saying they should have supported her. I would never go here again especially when they're is a better company nearby.
