Big Lots, Prescott AZ

Great place, friendly employees. However, went to use a coupon and wouldn't take it even though the coupon was valid. Other than that excellent one stop shop with Big Lots, Dollar Tree, and Walmart all right there together.

Incompetent cashiers. Took the manager to correctly enter my email to find my rewards account AFTER the other two old hags runnin the registers argued with me and caused a huge scene. Ridiculous! The manager was pleasant and quick.

Very displeased with the actions of Sab, one of the workers. We came in to look for furniture and had a question, and another worker tried to help us but couldn't. Sab treated the worker rudely when he asked Sab a question to be able to help us, and sent him away. Then, instead of acknowledging us, whether it be to help us to to just say he'll be with us soon, he turned to a girl and started helping her start a job application, after we had already been there before her seeking assistance for awhile. After a long time of waiting, we just left. Not only did Sab treat us as customers terribly, but he treats other employees terribly. I hope that girl looking for a job application looks elsewhere, I wouldn't want to work with him as my boss. He needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Tonight’s shopping experience might have been the worst retail experience in my lifetime. The closing person, Sab should not interact with customers or fellow employees. I would terminate his employment immediately.

Prices have gotten high! They used to have a better selection of baked products from other countries, not so much now. Also a larger selection of teas.

I went into Big Lots while I was waiting for my brother and discovered many good deals and I took part in those deals and I would recommend that store to everyone and it's a good place for people who are handicap and Disabled and the employees helped me find what I was looking for, Thank you Big Lots, A new customer, ELA.

It was so freaking awesome I went in there and every shelf had something on it.there was food, furniture, there was electronics they even had rugs.unbelievable

Big lots has a lot of great outdoor decorations for your yard and patio. Be prepared to spend some time here.

I didn't have anything I came in for. I was in multiple departments no spoke to me or offered me any help.

Specifically called to find out if they had a mattress and the kids like yeah we have it and I'm like really I said you know which mattress I want He said I guess I'd better check and I said I would appreciate it I live over an hour away he goes yep we have several low and behold by the time we got there they didn't have any

Tried to buy a sofa. They refused to sell it because it was the display model. If I ordered it I would have to wait 2 or 3 months

Really do like this store. It is always clean and merchandise is displayed neatly. Can always find what I am looking for. Employees are also friendly and helpful.

We found everything for my mother's home and frank, the manager for furniture, was wonderful.

Lots of good items here for a great price. You have to take your time and look carefully. Not everything is a bargain.
