Really like this place. Some *great* deals and pretty good furniture. (Not: not all deals are good, though. Gotta do your own due diligence!)
I left my phone on the counter at Big Lots yesterday, and within 5 minutes of leaving they called my daughter's phone to ask if the phone belonged to one of us. They just called the last number they had put in their system for rewards. Thank you!
Store always looks very clean and neat BUT, the prices NiOW exceed their quality! Also, not enough cashiers available as Managers stand around looking too busy!
Store is clean, well stocked and staff is circulating assisting customers. The only draw back was several items did not have a price tag and the shelf is not marked.
Great items at great prices, and friendly staff. Store is well organized and clean. Will definitely be coming back again.

You can tell distribution issues plague Bog Lots as well as everyone else. Still walked away with over 100 worth of bargains.
The store didn't have what we wanted but, she called another store and they had 3 so, she asked them to hold one for us! They did a GREAT job and made us happy!
They just moved to a new store front in the same plaza but it's much bigger.they have added lots of new merchandise, as well as home furniture.same great prices.
Truly amazed at the selection of things they have there. Furniture, holiday decorations, home decor, food and more!
