He came out to look at the work I needed, took a video of the yard and told me he would call or email his estimate. He could not have been nicer. However, he NEVER sent me an estimate, I called 4 times, twice to his cell phone and twice to his office number. CRICKETS! Never responded. Never!
I wish I would have received the same as others who have posted positive results.

We used Nick and his team to perform general landscaping for our lawns for a few years. Nick was always available to help when needed, even if the services were already performed/completed that week. Even during the hottest times of the summer, Nick and his crew were servicing our lawns to our satisfaction and advising best practices for upkeep, especially after they installed our winter grass. Great customer service. Could do a better job spraying for weeds but once u remind them they get on tract. Everything else they do outstanding work.

Nick provides consistent and excellent service. He cares for his customers personally and strives to run his business with integrity and generosity.

They saved our playground grass! Between the AZ weather changes, and children constantly digging in it, our grass was brittle and dry. After Big Nicks company took over, the grass is back and looks better than ever. Can’t recommend them enough! They do the best job, and have the nicest staff!

Big Nick's does the weekly landscaping in our community. What a nice job! Suffice it to say there are plenty of owners in our community who are never happy no matter who is the landscape contractor. 100% happy with Nick.

Big Nicks has been servicing our HOA for over a year now. Nick and his team have done an excellent job overall for our community. This is a high-end boutique property with many demanding residents. Nick has gone above and beyond to accommodate many conflicting interests from residents, Board members, property managers, etc. We have been thru numerous landscape companies over the last few years, and in my opinion, and the opinion of the majority of residents, the place has never looked better. Are they perfect? No - but what I appreciate is that they are willing to work with us to try to improve. And there is a high level of courtesy and professionalism from the team. Nick is very approachable and responsive. They may not be the oldest or biggest landscape company, but they really care and do a great job.

We needed 2 Pecan trees and 5 Sissoo trees that were overgrown thinned and trimmed. The crew was on time, did an excellent trimming job, and cleaned up any debris. Very pleased and will definitely use Big Nick again.
