Stopped in on my way out of town to get a missing bolt put back in my strut. Victor and Alex got it done for me in like 10 mins and were super friendly and helpful. Victor and Alex, I appreciate you!

Get service. Big time discounts. I got my wheels tires all financed through snap. They have a wheel visualizer so I can see what my wheels look like before I buy them. The guys in the front desk aren't pushing me sales. They ask what I needed and gave me options I didn't wanna pass up on.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Butch at Big O Tires. The tires were received and installed the same day for a great price (3-4 days wait at Costco).

My experiences at this location are always great and respectful. These mechanics don't try to pressure you to get more work done than necessary and they make sure to check in with the customer before any additional work is done. That is something I look for in a mechanic and a characteristic I really appreciate. Victor, Terelle, Butch and George are awesome! Thanks guys!

I decided to try Big O Tires in Arcadia because they recently opened and the location is very convenient. Everything went great! Mike, the service representative, was very friendly and helpful. He even looked for specials for the service to save me $. Another thing I appreciated was that he wasn't trying to sell me more service, something I dread about auto service. The store/waiting room was very clean and comfortable.
I recommend this shop for auto service, the prices are fair and service is great!

This Big O workers went above and beyond to help when one of my tires was almost flat. Once I became aware of it I headed straight there. They pulled the tire and located the small hole and got me a new tire and back on the road quickly. Great service!

I took advantage of a tire special recently. The lobby and waiting area was very comfortable with coffee sodas and water for customers. They made suggestion without any high pressure tactics and the staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Actually a really good, comfortable experience for tire purchase. Definitely recommend

I am so glad that I went Big O. They told me and brought me into shop to show me why my car was pulling to the right. They also educated me about why I should return the car as the air shock replacement was close to $8500.00. I then retruned with a different car and they aligned it and they did a thorough check to make sure there was no hidden problems. I highly reccommend them.

They were like family, ensuring that my vehicle was treated individually, they even stayed late.

Victor the assistant manager helped me out today to get a FREE oil change and the BEST deal on the much needed 4 tires I had to purchase. He was amazing and I wi definitely be coming back!

They got me in right away, the service was speedy, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the entire process was a breeze. My best tire buying experience, and I'm 66! I appreciated the sales staff at being informative, giving options, never pushy, and taking the time to see what was the best for me.

This store is new to the neighborhood. I had a flat and dropped by to see what they could do. In 45 mins, they had a new tire mounted and I was in good shape. 6 days later, another of my factory tires failed, so I took it back to Big-O. 45 mins later, again, I was back on the road. The staff are this store is professional and friendly. They do all sorts of other auto functions than just tires. Highly recommended!
