These guys are awesome. They were very busy but we were in and out in less than an hour. There is construction blocking their driveway and they explained the best street to get to them.

James at this location has always done a great job for me and always makes sure his mechanics understand my needs. Good team, comfortable environment and always takes care of us.

The entire purpose of a website is to be able to research your business and products without having to talk to someone. Having every tire on your website say call for price means your website is worthless beyond knowing if you have some tires in stock. If you want to say you will beat anyone's price then post your standard price and say you with match or beat others pricing.

Did not disclose prices before doing services despite being told what I wanted. They slyly "upgraded" me and then told me oh no that price doesn't cover that service. Tried to tell me work would be $2300. Will not be going back.

Mark was very helpful from start to finish when we had new rims and tires put on my 2012 F150. Mark's recommendation on the rims I purchased were exactly what we were looking for our pickup.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I took my car in for tires and their machine and employees scratched three of my rims and gouged one. The employees are incompetent to where I had to show them where to jack the car up. They insist it's not their fault and said they won't do anything about it unless I drive eight hours for them to see it themselves. Wouldn't even pay for touch up paint which I suggested. This business will be reported to the BBB because I'm not the first person who has had a bad experience here.

Be sure to check pricing of parts and labor before signing invoice and paying. I was overcharged for parts, and the employees were not understanding; but the owner of Big O, Tim Burgess, made good on the overcharge and refunded it. I am grateful to the owner for his understanding and willingness to work with me on this issue.

I noticed I had a slow leak and brought it in for a patch. The staff there were friendly and not only got me in and out in less than 30 minutes, but they didn’t charge me for the patch service! I’ll be going back here the next time I have tire trouble for sure.

This review is a a few weeks late but I wanted to make sure to credit Mark C.for excellent service on our way through Flag. My 10 yo son and I were driving during snowy weather when my car started "shimmying" about an hour outside of Flag. Mark took care of it right away. He could've easily "upsold" or price gauged me but he didn't. No problems since and we drove across several states. Excellent customer service. I'll be coming back here on our regular trips through Flag.

We stopped in at Big 0 Tires to get oil change. The business looked very busy as we drove in. Alot of cars parked out side. So, we waited as our veh.was in getting serviced.there was only 2 of us customers. As more customers coming in getting new tires put on etc.it must of took us 1 hr.or more for oil change.as I thought it usually quick! We waited. As I started to walk around annoyed of wait time.looked out the window, there was our veh.parked there. How long had it been parked! No employee told us our veh.was done.i walked up to the guy who helped us from the begining of our oil change.he didn't know it was done. He seemed to had a busy day. I could sense something. (?) I don't think I'll return.
