Russell made sure everything on my car was in good condition. I went there for an oil change, but was so impressed at the attention to my car as a whole. I wasn’t pressured into buying anything, but was given very good advice and service. I am grateful for businesses like this and especially the people who make them successful.

Fast, friendly, helpful. Front desk and garage staff were all beyond reproach and very considerate.

Flat tire in Flagstaff, was driving down to Sedona on "temp donut", BIG O Sedona ordered and received our "specialized" tire in less than 24 hours. Nice guys to work with.

Super helpful and friendly. Joked around with us and explained how everything happened. Was able to get a new tire on holiday. Everyone there was super nice and smiled all the time.

This was the second time Big O has come through for us! I cannot thank the Staff and Manager Steele enough. We live in Phoenix, and our Jeep broke down while friends were driving it in Sedona. They treated us fairly, explained everything over the phone, and really went above and beyond. Thank you so much! So great to have a place we can trust!

Arrived at 10 AM on a Monday and was out in about two hours. Staff was very friendly. In the end I paid $600 for two 20 inch tires.

Second time using Big O Tires in Sedona AZ. Great shop with people who care about their clients and their craft. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks guys!

I called to schedule an oil change and they were very accommodating and kind and got me in and said they would honor my coupon for oil change!
I needed an air filter, ok let’s do it
The oil change took 1.5 hours, all I got was a full synthetic
The man who did my oil change claimed it took so long because he found a leak in my tire and after inspection he found a nail, so he plugged it free of charge, I was very grateful!
Then at checkout they showed me pictures on a computer, not my actual vehicle, they claimed my serpentine belt was gonna bust any minute and showed me a photo of one that was ragged and in seriously bad shape! Steele told me 40 for part and said probably looking at about 100 after labor, my daughter is my witness, he when I asked further for a quote he said it takes about 2 hours and the price went to about a little more then 200. So I paid for the oils change and filter and left with a hint of fear, I believe I was their last customer in house so I called right back after pulling off and made an appointment to have that replaced as he described it that we would be left stranded and would effect AC, alternator and the car would be dead, when I made the appointment he referred to it as belts… then I began to remember that when I purchased my vehicle, not long ago, I received a list of everything replaced, so I started to research what he said, a serpentine belt can be replaced in 15 min during an oil change, I was uncertain why my oil change took an hour and half to begin with, so I called back again and asked more questions to which he lied and said he never said that, I asked him to think again because my daughter witnessed the entire thing, he was circling around trying to gaslight me, I caught him in a lie on the price and asked why he lied about that to begin with? To which he never answered me, I asked him if he was doing this because I am a woman, he started to stutter and fumble his words to which I asked if he just assumed I was uneducated only to receive the same response.
They have zero integrity if they do this to one person you better believe they do it to others, this company is a shame
It’s a shame as they were recommended to me by a coworker as a great place for oil change
They are 100% dishonorable and should be ashamed of themselves
That’s ok boys, that’s you karma, as I stated on the phone, I know I showed up in my authentic truth, my side of the street is clean
I would also like to mention that I also went to two other shops, and both shops checked my serpentine after leaving and having this happen and both shop said there is 100% nothing wrong with my serpentine belt and I can tell you for a fact the photo they had on the computer is not what my alternator and engine and serpentine belt look like in person. Shame on you
Consider this my cancellation to any future business with you
I would also like to mention that the plug was horribly done. There was a bubble in my tire, and it was ready to burst as I was driving down the highway, which I also had to have replaced somewhere else.

I also made note of with the police so that there was a record of the thievery that takes place at this establishment. Maybe not to every customer, but it definitely exists

Russell took time to look over our car and service history. The work was done promptly and very well. We have a lot of confidence in the Sedona Big O.

Great staff! They were able to fit me in last minute for an emergency brake system bleed. All good now. Thanks to the tech for the extra effort.

New owners are very inconsiderate and will make an appointment for you and not even have the tire in stock when you show up for the appointment let alone remember that you had one: (

The level of customer service between Big O Tires in Sedona and Discount Tires in Cottonwood is huge. Discount Tires in Cottonwood makes an effort to take care of you with a professional and pleasant demeanor, whether it’s on the phone or in person.

A recent issue with Big O Tires in Sedona - and trying to get their in-store employee or Consumer Representative in their corporate office to assist me in having a 6-month-old flat tire replaced that was still under warranty and came from their store - convinced me to never shop there again.

My in-person visit to have them assist me in having the flat tire that I purchased at Big O Tires and was still under warranty took three and a half hours, and I was told that they could not help me and that I had to buy a new $400 tire.

I then made FOUR phone calls to their Corporate office and was told that the Regional Manager would call me, which never happened. The last person I spoke with in their Consumer department told me that - in order to even have my tire considered for a warranty replacement and to get the Sedona store to order the new tire, I had to open a claim with the manufacturer first. However, the tire manufacturer had told me that Warranty Replacements for tires are an easy process and the shop is supposed to handle it. The tire company suggested that I call Discount Tires and have them help me.

I made ONE quick phone call to the Discount Tires Cottonwood store and ONE short visit and they replaced my tire under the warranty. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience!

Don’t bother making an appointment they will completely forget about it and they won’t have your tires in stock either

They can’t even remember I made an appointment 3 days ago, didn’t have the tires in stock that they said they would for my appointment!? Terrible service
