Highly recommend place for ties, especially if they are for sale! Excellent customer service, pleasant and knowledgeable with their tires and cars, if they don’t know, they will do research. I live a good 20 miles away, and only trust them over any other place!

Service was great. Options were given to me with no pressure to make any decisions immediately. People show up for the name, they’ll come back for the service.

Charged over $100 for a misdiagnosis that involved hooking it up and pulling an error code. I had all of the work they recommended (and wanted $1,300 to do) done for $350 and it did not fix my problem. They also recommended a brake flush and fluid to me after also recommending it to all 4 people in line in front of me. Imagine that, eveyone on Earth needs a brake flush

Went there to get an alignment after getting one done at a different place. Dave was honest and open that the previous work was done correctly and even explained the print out sheet. I was shocked how honest and friendly they were even though I didn't get any service done with them. I highly recommend this place off the customer service alone and will go back for future services!

These guys are great. I have not purchased a full set of tires from them yet but they have hooked me up with mounting and balancing on several takeoffs for my Mercedes.

Tried to assist with tire with screw in it. Did not have replacement tire in stock would have to wait til following day. Nice service though

Big O Tires on 61st Ave and Bell Road, has been the only go to location for my car needs. They will no talk you into repairs your car will not need. Great Customer Service with a smile.

Great service, as always. They let me know that my brakes will need to be replaced soon and provided a price quote. I won't take my car any place else.

On their website it says “Buy two get two tires for free” so I go to call them to make an appointment and he tells me that ended 3 weeks ago very rudely. This is false advertisement and they should honor a deal that is currently in their website!

I've recently moved to town, and was wondering if I could replace the the last BigOTires facility that I had been using for years. And I think I have found them to be as helpful as the last place I used in Carlsbad, Ca. Fair pricing and quality work.

I've bought so many tires from this place. I've also had a leveling kit installed here. Wilson always makes you feel well taken care of. The owner is an awesome man and he will stand behind his repairs and work. Highly recommend these guys they will always have your best interest in mind.

They have been my only tire store for many years. Have always had top notch service. Most of the staff has been there for years. Experience allows them to properly take care of the customers needs.

Here they fixed the problem and found others that the other place over looked
