Big O Tires, Phoenix AZ

After charging me $291 in labor to install 4 new tires and over $1100 total on my vehicle Butch and his team sent me on my way with a valve stem leak. Not a day later the new tire was at 20 psi. When you are charging folks $300 in labor we expect that your employees are doing there job and that your management team ensure the safety of the customer. All you've done now is cause me to question your team's work ethic and attention to detail. Unbelievably Unsat.

Awesome, fast and friendly! They let me keep my dog inside with us while we waited! They told me what was going on every step of the way! Highly recommended this store!

They helped me fix a hose on my car, they were nice and did it free of charge to reconnect my broken hose. Thanks!

The best tire please in Town.
I live in Maricopa town I had drive 29 miles from Maricopa town to this location to get all tires done including my 2015 X5 BMW.

Brett was the best! He was not only personable and friendly, but he was so extremely helpful, he thoroughly explained everything to me, and really took his time in helping me choose what was going to work best for me. He ordered up my tires and they will be in tomorrow morning and they are really taking care of me. They have great deals going on right now, & also different financing options. I definitely recommend Big O Tires, and Brett was a pleasure to work with.

I'm disappointed. I called last week to make an appointment for 2 p.m. Today. I took my truck in at 2 and they did not even take my truck to the back to start working on it until 3 p.m! They should have done the courtesy of calling me to let me know they're behind schedule instead of trapping me there uselessly. No one wants to be out unnecessarily during this pandemic. That was not considerate of them at all.

I have always been treated with courtesy and a friendly smile. The service was excellent and the rates reasonable.

Every time I come into this store I am greeted warmly, service is fast and done well. The pricing is fair and I never feel like I've been pressure sold on anything. I use this store for all my mechanical, oil change and tire needs now.

Big O (Dan) has been servicing my truck and two vehicles for about 10 years now. Never had a problem and
everything has been done right. I love that they not only know me but the intimately know my vehicles.

Went in for a simple tire rotation. They got me in and out quickly and the service was outstanding.

Very nice staff. They didnt try and push things on me. Just told me what needed to be fixed and how much it cost to repair and that was it. Parking is very tight there fyi. Parking is why i gave 4 stars.

This was my first time going to any Big O Tires location. I needed my tire repaired from a nail that I picked up in my complex. They were able to fix it quickly. There was an issue that happened while the tire was being repaired but it was resolved quickly.

Everyone was really nice and professional. I'll definitely come back to get my rims switched out.

Got 4 new tires on my Santa Fe yesterday. Staff was polite, helpful, not pushy or salesy which can be a major turn-off. Fair prices and all was ready under an hour. Free water, TV, coffee, WiFi, and phone charger in waiting room.

Service is great! Friendly staff. Been doing here for years and they always work with me. Never ever had a service place call a week later and check to see how their service was and to make sure everything was good with their work. Great guys who work there.

Location is clean, they are always busy, but find a way to fit me in. I love that I can come here for great deals on tires and get all my other maintenance and repairs done as well. Dan, Michael and Gil are all very helpful.

I went to get air and Nick showed me where all of the tires were showing metal and needed replacement. I agreed and asked for a quote. He gave me a fair price for the tires and an alignment. I knew that he gave me a discount because I follow the ads. Nick was professional and definitely not trying to"sell me". I highly recommend this Big O. Clean, fast, courteous and professional. NOT overpriced.
