Jeff was great! I got qoutes from 3 different places and there was no question where i should buy. Price always matters but having someone knowledgeable and helpful is on the the top of my list. Will definitely continue coming back.

Took my van in to get the AC checked and didn't notice that they had broke the top off my transmission dipstick. Barely seen it today when I opened the hood. Wish they would have said something instead of not telling me.

I’m so disgusted with the service here. I had to bring my car back because I had an alignment done the other day and it’s pulling to the left really bad. When I get here, after making an appointment on the phone, they tell me I have to sit outside in the 100+ degree weather. No mention of this when I made the appointment to bring my car back to have the problem fixed they didn’t fix the first time. Of course there is more they did wrong but I won’t go into that. I’m not sure where CUSTOMER SERVICE went but surely it’s not sitting outside in the 100+ degree weather next to me!?

I will never use this business again.unless I’m already stranded in the desert in the middle of the summer and have no other choice.

Waste of time and money I waited for 2 hours and was charged 25 dollars for them to tell me they couldn't do a alignment on my car

Bought tires that included a alignment but they always find parts that need replacement. I had the parts replaced by a certified mechanic and a second mechanic said an alignment can be done now. Guess what, Big O still wants to change parts before they can align it. Never buying from or recommending this place.

Had a bad cut in rear tire coming down i-5 they took it off and replaced it with my spare at no charge

My car lost it's alignment less than 30 miles after getting an alignment here and I was told I had to pay full price to get it done correctly. I discovered that they didnt tighten the locking nut on the tie rod which resulted in my car losing its alignment. I ended up doing my own alignment with a fishing line and I havent had a problem ever since. Terrible business and they do not stand by their work.

Excellent customer service. Fast and friendly. Didn't try to sell me the most expensive tires or something I didn't need.

I took my car in bc the abs light kept coming up in my car.they told me, it was the battery.i ask a few times.if there was nothing else wrong with it and they said no.it was fine. Well two days later, that light is back and my car is acting up, i think they were guessing what my car had? And wanted to sell anything that they lie to me to make money from me, And now. I'm at ford. I should of came here in that first place. Don't go there

Awesome service. Honest qoutes and they don't pressure you to get something if you don't want it. They advice you but not pressure you like other places

PS: I had an oil change, my tires rotated, and all fluids checked. All less than $30. I'm a happy camper! Now I'm ready for my 2000+ miles road trip.

I just had a great experience at Big O Tires. Shout out to Robert and Sam. They were so friendly and courteous. My alignment came out great. My car drives so smooth! I will definitely bring my car back!

BIG O Tire, is not a good place to go. Very slow, they want to much money for anything they do. I would not recommend this place.

Manager was good, but that was the extent of it! His right hand man was of no help. The young man that did the work both times was really slow but had lots of time to bs with co workers! Saw others leaving unhappy! Not good way of doing business!

I think one of the best retailers here in Yuma, v, I think they have great prices comparing with other retailers. Their customer services is on point very professional.

Braulio is a great worker and salesman, but more than that he knows how to establish a relationship with his customers and you don't see that too often these days. There was a long wait, but Braulio made the experience way better when he offered me popcorn! Other than that his co-worker that works next to him is also a very pleasant guy! Good job BIG O TIRES on hiring someone like Braulio, he is a leader and someone to be followed as an example.

Front tire losing air, had checked good news everything fine all around, no charge, tech tells me about Monsoon promotion.oil change, a/c check, tire rotation and a couple of other things, nice price. He tells of oil change promotion's at a nice $, believe I'll be taking my car in for some TLC from Big O soon.

I was greeted in a friendly welcoming manner. The manager and staff answered my questions and the service was excellent! I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for tires.
