9In today’s crazy world of RV maintenance, where do you find a mobile repair service that responds in a matter of hours (instead of weeks, months, never) ? Sean from Big Sky came by and diagnosed my water pump problem within a couple of hours after I texted him. Said he’d pick up a new pump and try to come by the next day. He did as promised and everything was done lickitysplit. Price was reasonable, especially considering the promptness. Highly recommend Big Sky!
Be prepared to pay up to 900.00 he is outrageous with his fees. He did do a good job. But tried charging my another outrageous fee for another service. 800 to replace an awning is ridiculous.
Shawn and Ray did a great job with repairs to our units door after a break in got back functional in short order

We were stopping through Tucson for a few nights when our hot water heater stopped working. Sean actually answered the phone when I called (unlike most other mobile techs) and even though he was completely booked out he was able to still fit us in the next evening after he was done with all his other jobs. 10/10 would recommend Sean’s service. Cool guy too.
Called this guy twice and never get a response. I don’t think this place exist. He says he is basically unorganized on his voicemail. So, at least he warns you.
Thanks to a quick phone conversation with Shawn we were able to resolve a problem with our domestic refrigerator. He saved us hours and dollars and thanks to him we were able to start our trip as planned. This was after the factory guy telling us days for parts and major overhaul. Shawn knows his stuff and is willing to make suggestions to someone who has never paid him a cent! He’s our go to guy from now on!
He was very responsive, polite, had all the tools, came to the site, and trouble shouted the problem. Nice guy.
