Great bike shop in Queen Creek. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Just relocated from North Valley, This is my go to bike shop.

The first time I ever went here, they fixed the issue with my bike in 2 minutes and charged nothing. I keep going back to get parts, labor, etc.and it is the same story. Very professional, courteous, and client centered. If they can fix it, they don't try to upsell you. They just fix it and leave you feeling happy. Keep this up and they will always have my business.

I came in to browse mountain bikes. The guys that were working were super helpful and I’m very happy with my new bike.

Thank you! Stopped by today with clicking grinding/noise going on. The service guy took a quick spin, evaluated the problem, popped the rear wheel off and had me outta there in 15 minutes. I said what do I owe you. NADA! Forever customer.contemplating new bike, Queen Creek Bike Masters will get the sale. Store is spic and span. Service guys know their business. Tons of bikes n equipment too.

I’m looking for 26”x2.125 tires for a 29 yr old bike. I confirmed that Walmart has them for $19.98. I called Bike Masters and they said they have them for $20-$25. I decided to go to them knowing they’re a bike shop. When they were pulling them from a rack, I asked for the least expensive ones they have and they said $25. I told them they said $20 and I walked out. For me, that’s the worst sneaking switch you can do to a customer by lying to have me come into your store. That’s ok, I would never or recommend them to anyone. Maybe they will not pull this again. Bike Masters, welcome to the world of instant reactions as a result of your behaviors.

They are the best! Very knowledgeable about bike repairs, fixed bike in 15 minutes while I waited. They keep us on our wheels!

Louie the manager was awesome! I brought my bike in close to closing time to get my brakes adjusted. He never made us feel rushed to get us out the door. Knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back!

I've gone into this store twice and no one acknowledges me. I own a $2k Trek and I wanted to buy another similar one for my husband. Won't buy from this store due to zero service and no mask wearing.

Great experience! Louie was very good at diagnosing solutions for both of our bike's problems, and fixed them both while we had lunch in the area.

I visited the shop today inquiring about a new shifter cable on a newer bike. I wasn’t sure if the cable or housing needed replacement. They took great care of me and saved me a lot of money. They also had some brakes in stock I wanted so I am having those installed today as well. Overall a very helpful staff and answered many of my questions regarding different components. Thank you!
