I went in to buy a bike for the first time in 20 years. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped as much as possible. They seem like they’ll fix it fast, too, when I inevitably break it. Glad I bought a bike here.

Great bike shop for quality tools and supplies needed for the everyday bike enthusiast. Clean and air conditioned shop, with nice friendly service. I walked in last minute to change my tire and luckily the shop was no to busy, I was in and out in 10 mins. I would recommend friends and family here

I received a quick service at this location for my AXS derailleur. I came off national trail on SoMo and they helped me without an appointment. They also run great e-bike demos on SoMo as well.

Excellent experience! I had made an appointment for a minor gear adjustment, something that wasn’t done during a tuneup at a different store. It was fixed within minutes, and I even learned something new about my bike, too:)

Patrick, Carlos, Marc and Matt are a good fit at Bike Masters of Awatukee. Customer service is superb. I was greeted as I entered the establishment. Which lets me know that I was welcomed. I will continue to patronize Bike Masters, specifically Awatukee location. It’s worth driving 18 minutes, even though I have other options with less travel time. Kudos to Bike Masters of Awatukee. PS, I love my Tarmac SL6. WOW!
