Extremely expensive and I can't get My parts till December 2024 I left to another store after market and got everything I needed

I found what I was looking for a very nice diesel truck, the only problem is that they don't give you the Bill Luck discount like they say but I'm very happy with my truck

Nothing but a waste of time Customers mean nothing to them. It's all about dollars.lies and disrespect.

No prices displayed at all. Salesman said they are firm on their prices and kept rambling out a list of dealer add-ons to the used cars. He said they “strip the old tint off and put new tint on”, which I find very hard to believe. Across the board, they are $2000 above high KBB.

Well I went to talk to service and was a great help I think was heron my dodge ram 2008 and went to part talk to the guy down on will call about my left door seal was great help there the above people was great.this not anything but in general what I think about all dodge dealers is that 5 to 7 day wait before they look at it you know people have places to go and doctors appointment or kids take to school how you get them there if you have car or truck.this make me think if i want buy another dodge or jeep product now I don't know if ford or Toyota of caddlic does this but do know dodge does but people that help me was great

BILL Luke on Camelback is a great place to go. If you’re waiting, make sure you go to the diner it’s a throwback to days gone by when things were simpler. When kids went outside and played got their vitamin D from the sun.

My son bought his car and warranty from here. They do good work, but it takes a bit to get your vehicle back. We took his car in on Monday, and it's about Midnight on Sunday, almost a week later.

I love this dealership. So glad I purchased my vehicle from them. Always pleasant and courteous.

People there are always at their best.can get answers to problems, set up appointments withen different departments and as always appointments are confirmed atleast once via email.

Busy and overrated. One star for the fact that they are ready to sell you a car and will cater to you from the time you show up to well after. They are at least true to their word.

A little disappointed today, I took my 4Runner in for an oil change at 10: 00 am. Saw the service guy finish with the vehicle just after 11: 00 am, and it went to get washed. Saw the vehicle come back from it's wash at 12: 00 pm. I expected to get called any time. My phone rang at 12: 46pm and it was Chandler, my service Agent. He told me my vehicle was done and the paper work was with the Cashier. I talked the Cashier, and she could not find my paper work. She then checked papers she filled away, and there it was. I don't know how long she had the paperwork, she was the only Cashier. I don't know why she did not call my name when she received my paperwork, I was sitting within a few feet of her desk. I have been taking my vehicles there for years, and this was the first time I felt egnored.

Very friendly people. Definitely know their vehicle business. They will make sure u are updated as your car is being fixed. It's amazing. Going back in a few months. Actually, going there everytime my Jeep needs Anything.

It's really hard to park near the parts department. Cars needing service are in the way; EV cars are charging; semi trucks are dropping off shipments. The good thing is my parts are usually ready for pick up when I arrive.

Was ready to buy a Durango SRT then the salesman immediately lowballed me on my trade. He kept rising my trade in 1000.00 at a time to try and make the sale. Tell me without telling me you were screwing me on my Trade In

The part we needed had to have another part with it that would cost more than the original part but wouldn't be useful if not together but nobody told us until after we picked up the part
