These guys really came through for me when the pulley for my water pump decided it wanted to quit the band and go solo. I was stranded and had little money. They were able to source the part and get me back on the road in less than a day! I highly recommend these guys. They may be busy, but trust me, it's for good reason!

My truck died in the desert during vacation in AZ. Got towed to Bill Nelson, and they put a new fuel pump in the same day so I could get home on time. Great friendly and informative service!

They are super friendly and found what my issue was. Currently did a bunch of mods on my 2014 GT500 and after everything was said and done I heard a noise sounded like tapping. I thought it might of been an exhaust leak or my valve train. After being it to them they found out it was an exhaust leak pretty quickly. The service was a great price and they got the job done which amazed me because they where able to tighten the bolts connecting the headers to the heads without removing anything. Very tight space in between there. I was very pleased and will be using there services again if I have anymore issues.

Spoke to the owner myself about installing a 99 gallon auxiliary diesel fuel tank and Firestone Airbags on my 2021 F350 Super Duty. Great guy and very knowledgeable! Can't wait for the upgrade!

Can't trust their process. Went here to get a check up on my vehicle paid 2300 to get my car fixed here and then 120miles later my transmission is cause my check engine light to come on none stop because it is transition over from 2nd to 3rd too slow. This has been happening and they knew it was an issue but still happily had me pay 2300$ for tire rods and fuel filter, windshield wipers etc ect all in which mean nothing if I need to replace/rebuild my transmission. They completely misdiagnosed my car and told me only of what they could charge for knowing my transmission could go out any day. Instead of earning my trust and doing my transmission first which would have cost me almost the same! Then done all the little BS after. They completely lost my trust and that of my referrals they are money hungry and aren't trying to be smart trust worthy mechanics! I will never go here again hope they enjoy the 2300 a threw them for no reason!

I can always count on the great people at Nelson's Auto to get me in and out quickly. They quote me the price and stand by it. You can trust them for fair, fast service!
