Bill's Mutt House reviews
16As the husband to a current employee - I am both incredibly blessed and even a bit jealous that my wife works for Bill's Mutt House. This is an excellent company to work for and I wish I had a job here too! I love my wife with all my heart and she loves the dogs she gets to work with (probably more than me lol). She adores each and every one of the dogs who come in and is always enthusiastic about telling me about her work day while covered in paw prints and slobber! I've met Bill once when dropping her off at work and he is a very kind man who has worked endlessly to make his clients and employees happy! Bill's dedication to the dogs shows tremendously and also the dedication to his employees. Thank you for being a great company to work for, my wife and I appreciate Bill's Mutt House and all the awesome work you do here! Please go in and check this place out for yourself!
Bills Mutt House watched my two dogs Juno and Hudson for daycare and 4 nights for boarding. Both visits were quick, staff are very friendly and my dogs came home happy. Prices are also very reasonable and payment is convenient through Zelle. Thanks Bill and staff!
I left my dog for 20 days, the first few days I saw her by the videos they released on Instagram and then like 4 days before I returned from my trip, she doesn't look at her anymore in the videos, call and not answer, then I wrote a message to know Arya and tells me “She developed a cough after she arrived here so we have kept her separate from the others as a precaution. ” They NEVER called me to say my dog had become sick. And not only that, when i pickup Arya and took her to the vet, they tell me my dog have 12 pounds of weight less.
I liked this place but after this believe me I love my dog to keep leaving it in this place! I didn't want to make this comment but a part of me hurts to see my sick dog!
Great place for daycare and overnight stays. All the pups are in a great temperature environment, and go out to play often in their 2 large yards.
Bill showed us the facility on our “Meet and Greet” and explained the cleaning and sanitizing process. He was so attentive to the dogs during the “meet and greet” and seemed like a “dog whisperer”. They post videos of all the pups all through the day. We came home a day early and they refunded the night which was greatly appreciated. They check immunization records, which I was happy about!
We just started taking our rescue Obi to daycare and we have been so pleased. From the meet in greet, to the staff and the drop off and pickup. He is still getting used to being around other dogs and playing but we know he will and is in SUCH good hands there will Bill and the staff! I never feel nervous having to leave him. We are so happy to have found Bills Mutt House!
Best place to take my dog! Bill personally met us for the meet and greet and ensured my pup would be a good fit for daycare. My dog is exhausted when he gets home and I love knowing he spent so much time with other people and pups. He’s our only dog so socialization is important to us. Thanks for making this such an amazing place for dogs!
They are professional and take good care of my dog. I have confidence my dog is treated well.
Everything was great starting from the meet and greet. Staff was very welcoming and I was explained exactly what the process was for my pup. Bill was looking at how my pup was acting, slowly introduced him to other dogs and continued to see how he adapted. It was great seeing the videos on instagram. Definitely taking my pup back.
Used multiple times. Facility was fine until they started using Zelle for payment. Each time there is an overpayment or underpayment according to management and they contact you MONTHS later. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
I have been taking my rescue pup to Bill’s Mutt House for years, even from their previous location. I know she is safe and well cared for when I leave her there and I always get updates when I ask. I wouldn’t bring her anywhere else!

Hi there! I have not only known this company and owner almost 20 years but also have left my dogs with him before.
The horrible things said by people here are inaccurate. We have actually assisted in care for the dogs and place just for fun when we have come to visit or passing by dropping off one of my own. We breed pure bred German Shepard's and would never leave them in care of a supposedly abusive person. All animals we have ever seen are spoiled here and treated well. As for needing discipline, Bill is very good at making sure there is little conflict between the dogs (with no abuse but consistency) and not many people have that kind of gift to get them all to get along.as for noise? Well, if someone doesn't like dogs then that's just that they won't like the noise.

My Toby loves it at Bill's Mutt House! He plays hard and I love that they pay close attention to each dog.
Went for a meet & greet, everyone was super friendly & they have quite the impressive set up!
Never had my dog there but I and other neighbors can't stand the barking and people yelling at the dogs all the time. There is so much noise coming from the facility my sickly mother gets woke up. This place needs to move or close down. If not build noise barrier walls all away around the property.
Dogs seemed to be in heaven playing. Dogs all got along
Fantastic staff completely under control. Feels safe leaving my pup there. Reasonable and very fair, extra time included.
