Bing's Boba Tea reviews
16Definitely not returning! I spent 30$ on watered down icy drinks! Even after asking the girl to fix my drink she gave me ice and milk! Too expensive to have such low quality watery drinks. Stop cutting corners at the expense of your customers!
I’ve lived in several cities in several states. I always have to find a good boba spot. And to be honest, this is the best boba I’ve had! I don’t like when boba is too sweet or taste artificial. The boba here is perfect. I’m not sure if it’s artificially flavored but they do a great job at making it taste very natural! The flavors are not too strong but not too subtle either. They’re spot on! I don’t see an option to adjust sweetness here but you really don’t have to. The drinks are a perfect level of sweet. I also love all of the options and flavors. There’s so many. I highly recommend trying the snow blend. It’s sort of like slush boba but a lot more softer like snow. It’s my fav to get!
Pretty good boba spot. Sometimes drinks are a little inconsistent. I reccomend adding an extra scoop of whatever flavor you order.
Update! I’m changing my review because I decided to give them one more shot! I went and Hailey took care of me, I told her about my experience last time and she gave me a discount on my boba smoothie. I tried it before I left this time and it was delicious. Maybe it just takes the right person making the smoothies but she really changed my views on your store! Good work and great customer service!

I use to go to this location every day but moved about a year ago. First time back and it was terrible. The strawberry snow smoothie was watery and flavorless and they didn’t transfer over my points I had on their original reward system (It was a lot).
Almost $8 bucks for a medium watery tasteless smoothie really put a wrench in my whole morning! 6/21/23
The Boba is good and there are a lot of varieties to try of teas and flavors. Good service as well.
Great options and friendly service. Clean looking and colorful decor. Taro boba is my favorite
Literally the worst boba I’ve ever had, not sure if the employees just don’t know how to make it, I ordered 2 drinks one for me and one for my boyfriend. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba that tasted super watery no milky taste what so ever also didn’t have any ice and the boba tastes like plastic. My boyfriend got the Carmel coffee milk tea and he said it tasted like dirty old coffee also watered down. If I could give this place a zero I would. Super disappointed I usually never review places but this was just a waste of time and money. Don’t even bother trying it
We ordered 6 drinks. Half were wrong. My winter melon fruit tea had milk. Ordered 25% sweet, plant style. Got 100% sweet and no plant style. Niece ordered strawberry drink and got watermelon drink. Another niece got a Jasmine tea drink with lychee, but the lychee was missing. She waited for 10 minutes before they even acknowledged her to add the lychee. We waited another 10 for my drink to be fixed and it was still full 100% sweetness. All without any apology.
Yummy we ordered a Avacado Snow and a Banana Bread Snow with Strawberry Popping Beads. We also ordered cheesecake with strawberries on top. All delicious. Service was sweet and quick. Thank you for a nice quick stop in our day.
I definitely give this a 5 stars place, this is will be my favorite ever boba place in tucson to go to.great service n drinks, i absolutely love how they make my drinks especially when i get a lot of boba in my drinks, im so pleased with them, i love it there, my sister and i are always pleased with our drinks n easily drink them in a heartbeat.
Good experience, prices are comparable to other spots in town. The actual boba is good but not my favorite in town. Popping boba is amazing here tho.
OMG! I came because of all the good reviews, but I have the worst Boba drinks ever. My taro boba tasted like plastic, my wife’s coffee mocha boba tasted like overnight cold stale coffee. Worst yet, the boba was tasteless and textured like over-soaked. We took our drinks with us on road trip and ended up have to throw them away in the trash at the nearest gas station after just two sips.
Ordered a Thai tea with boba to take with me home, and it was awful. Had Very little flavor, Like water down tea. I drove home 15 minutes away to find out how bad was it. Called the store to see wether I could return tomorrow and get a drink, but they said no. She claimed that there was no manager that could give me a credit for a new drink tomorrow, it had to be done today. Gas prices are too high for me to drive 15 minutes to the store and then 15 minutes back to my home; so inconsiderate and lack of common sense.
Best boba in Tucson.maybe even compared to Phoenix. I've tried a few places in Phoenix and they were not as good as Bing's. Also, Bing's uses real avocados, tho for taro.they use powder, but so do literally all other boba places. If the drink is too sweet for you, ask for less/half sweet. They offer decent repeat visit rewards. Their boba is always cooked to perfection, not mushy. Clean shop. They offer non-dairy subs. Frequently I see new staff member, but they've always been friendly. Highly recommend.
Update: It’s been a few years since my 1st review. Recent visits have not been as good as before. Very frequent staff changes since they reopened after covid. They either don’t get same quality training or they don’t care. Drinks are not as good as before. Inconsistent flavors and sweetness. I mentioned before that you can ask for half sweet if the drink is too sweet. I don’t ask for that anymore cuz the drinks are not sweet at all anymore. Very bland & lacking in flavor. Very disappointing. Bing’s used to be awesome.
If you're looking for a great place to satisfy your boba tea cravings, Bing's Boba Tea is definitely worth checking out. While the store doesn't open until 11AM, it's definitely worth the wait. Once you step inside, you'll be greeted with decent service from friendly staff who are always willing to help you find the perfect drink.
One of the best things about Bing's Boba Tea is the wide variety of drinks on offer. Whether you're in the mood for a classic milk tea or something more adventurous, like a fruit-flavored tea, you're sure to find something you love here. Plus, with so many options, you can come back time and time again to try something new.
Parking space is not a problem at Bing's Boba Tea, which is a huge plus in any busy city. You can easily find a spot nearby and walk over to the store. Once inside, you'll find a clean and well-maintained environment that's perfect for enjoying your drink.
And if you're looking for a place to sit and relax, there are plenty of seating options available. Whether you want to enjoy your drink alone or with friends, you'll find a comfortable spot to sit and unwind.
Overall, Bing's Boba Tea is a great spot for anyone who loves boba tea. With a wide variety of drinks to choose from, decent service, and plenty of seating options, it's definitely worth checking out. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the late opening time - if you're an early riser, you might have to wait a bit before you can get your boba fix!
The drinks are absolutely delicious. I'm not much of a tea or sweet drinks person, but these are outstanding!
I plan to give a lot of my business to Bings Boba Tea! Decently priced drinks as well:)
The atmosphere is fun and colorful and the people are friendly and welcoming.
Thank you for being awesome!
