Cayden did an amazing job cleaning up and Frank couldn’t have been more helpful over the phone. 1000000% chose this company for these kinds of needs. 100% will use again if needed.

Cleaning out a family members hoarder house - First time using Bio-One Scottsdale was April 2022. Great job, hard working three guy crew.
Second time using Bio-One Scottsdale was April 2023 to finish clean out. I explained to new owner Richard what we needed at this house due to the bad conditions. He sent a young three female crew who chatted the whole time, moved slowly and were afraid of a cockroach. On the second day Richard sent a guy out for a few hours since the ladies did not want to clean up the bio-waste. On the third day the crew was very late and the male crew member was a no show. Richard pulled him for another job that had come up. I learned the ladies were told they would only be working a few hours because they too were going to the next job even though this was not finished.
Speaking to Richard he was very rude, condescending, unprofessional, and treated me like an unimportant woman. His female crew was shocked how he spoke to me. They said he talks to them like that all of the time but wouldn't expect that to a customer.
We fired Bio-One Scottsdale and brought in another company that was professional, quick and polite. They didn't try to drag out the job to make more money as Richard was. Richard's estimate to finish the job was seven days. The new company was done in two days. I would never recommend Bio-One Scottsdale to anyone. Richard does not stand by his word and runs his business terribly.

Bio One was a life saver. Specifically Ethan and Michelle. They were thorough, friendly, extremely hard working, and got the job done without a sigh. We are very grateful for them and their hard work. Would definitely work with them again.

During one of our family’s most difficult moments, Bio-One helped us with speed, professionalism and empathy. A huge thanks to Ethan and Michelle who are are super human in both heart and their ability to get a very daunting job completed. Thank you.

Josh the owner of the company literally threatened me saying he was going to "send someone mean" to my house.
Reason being is the original employee he sent did a terrible job - worse than a regular house maid would clean.that being said he was a nice guy and I didn't want to make anyone feel bad or get anyone in trouble however, he did not do a thorough and good job of cleaning and I did not want him to come back the next day. I was making this request to Josh when he laughed at me and said "fine I guess I'll send someone mean to your house"

Speaking to someone like that (who is clearly in crisis if you're hiring this kind of company) is completely unprofessional, non empathetic, and uncalled for. I would expect a higher level of professionalism and kindness from a company that deals with crisis clean up. If this is how the owner of the entire company treats people I can only imagine that the entire company is run this way.
