If I could rate this place it would not be a 1 star staff here are not all professional the short african american lady does not even offer you hand sanitizer and me working in health care knows that she should have she didn't explain much just my o2 was to high and one worker said she was going thru some things also to that is confidential which should remain confidential and she shouldn't bring her problem to work

I been coming here for about a year. Im a barber
But on my days off i come and get a lil extra money. They up their $$ since i started. A few times i made like almost 450 in a month. With the bonus they offer. Usually i get out within 1 hour and 15 mins. Crew is uauslly cool. Depending on their moods of coarse. I had a few times when they forgot to add my money. Called back and they fix it. I would highly recommend this place.

The lab really needs to pay attention to when they pay out 3 times already and I can never get paid out correctly. I can't recommend this place when so many mistakes happen.

They wouldnt let me donate cause a tattoo thats over a yr old. Told me if i had a receipt. Tried not to laugh. Ive never got a tattoo and they say, would you like a receipt? During a time like this when donations are need. What a joke this place.

I get consistent good service here except for today when I was getting ready to leave. Jj took off my cuff from my arm did it aggressively Just saying.

I'm from out of town.im only In town for visiting.so i came here to donate.becuz there is the same company back in Indianapolis.that I go to.i went to the kiosk as usual.to sign in.all my info.popped instructed me to go to the front desk.i was told to sit.so they can verify my info.which clearly shows I am a donor from another state.they called to the side.was told I'm not allowed to donated.becuz they believe I'm double dipping.wutever that hell the means.and turned away.sent an email thought the web site. And still waiting for a response.

Imagine being told to just come down to be a new donor (on the phone) and once arrived was told they are not accepting new donors because of medical staff? 3 1/2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSE. Like what?

Biomat staff are friendly and helpful, but their security guards are rude and take their jobs too seriously. They continually harass CUSTOMERS while trying to enforce ridiculous rules. I am an ACTUAL law enforcement officer at a Prison and we don't treat inmates the way these wanna be's treat private citizens. It really ruins your day.

I would like to say they do an awesome job! I have been donating almost a year I believe. The staff is always nice and very friendly. They get you in and out the facility in a timely fashion. The facility is clean. Overall I would give them 10!

Tawny is very good worker, very friendly, always making sure were are doing ok, very honest, great worker

Well I have been coming here to donate for over a year and the reason for that is because this is a good place to donate. It's a safe, clean, and all round very professional nice environment. All the staff are immensely friendly and nice. It is also very consistent with payment after, the procedure time of getting return donors in and out (except if you're new donor), it may take a couple hours to get you registered.

I LVE this Place. I Lve the fact that my blood is helping others & saving lives.and Everytime I go there- THE STAFF IS AMAZINGG! FROM FRONT DESK TO THE PPL IN BACK. Tawny, Jackie, Gloria, Donald. ACTUALLY ITS EVERYBODY. EVERYBODY THAT WORKS THERE IS FUNNY, SWEET, &FRIENDLY. BONUS PART IS THE MONEY ON THE SIDE. IT'S ALSO A PLUS. IT HELPS WITH MY GAS OR MY KIDS LAST MINUTE SCHOOL STUFF

I am here two times a week. Great environment. Very clean. The best and friendliest techs. My favorites are Jazzi, Sandra and especially Jaime. But they are all amazing and caring.

I love this place staff is very nice and helpful and always keep the place clean. I just love it here

Staff is amazing especially Milly she made my day and answered all my questions and she also reminded me about getting my 10$ bonus. If you are interested in donating i highly recommend this place

Second visit update- Easier than the first.
75$ on both visits.

I would highly recommend this center to anyone who is considering plasma donations. The staff are very professional and extremely proficient at what they do. My most recent visit I was assisted by Erika V.who was tremendously helpful and aided to making the process very smooth and gratifying. This is a great place to go if you want to give back and contribute to those in need of help:)
