Bisbee Coffee Company reviews
20Love this coffee place. The chai is to die for. The guy who roasts the beans really knows what hee is doing, I keep a supply always.
Didn't make my drink right. When I tried calling, I called more than 10 times and no one answered. My friend got me the drink so we didn't know it was wrong until she brought it home. When I finally decided to just leave a voicemail, the voicemail was full. Very disappointed.
I keep forgetting to write this review because I rarely write them unless the place is to die for or if it’ll kill you to go lol. Bisbee Coffee co is the former! They make their chai from scratch and it’s the best chai I’ve had in my life, better even than my friend’s Sri Lankan grandma who literally spends 8 hours a day in the kitchen. It’s intense, spicy and perfectly sweet… and it wakes you up in a way that coffee just can’t. Get u some.
Bisbee Coffee shop is awesome! I had hot chocolate and a turkey sandwich, which both of them were perfect! My husband had a roast beef sandwich and tea, and they were very good! Every time we go to Bisbee, we go here, and we always have a great experience. The atmosphere is always welcoming and smelled of coffee. The staff was very friendly.
Coffee is delicious, but there shouldn't be just one person taking care of everything.
Visited Bisbee Coffee Co.in September, 2022; great coffee and baked goods, etc! However, have been trying to reach/contact ‘anyone’ at Bisbee Coffee Co.for over 2+ months, just to obtain some information about the ‘coffee’ types available, that would work for me. NO response from staff, whatsoever. ; no response to attempted online contacts; voicemail pretty much full, all the time; did get through, once, to VM, & left message; NO response. Very puzzling. Will not/cannot, do business with an organization, when communicating with an employee/staff, is impossible. Frustrated in Michigan. Alan J. Kreutzberg
Super helpful staff, big selection of pastries, and the best lemon bar I’ve ever had. Cinnamon roll was really good too, but man - that lemon bar.
Great coffee and enjoyed the yummy jalepeño cheese scone. You can ask for Mexican hot chocolate in your mocha — game changer!
I think it’s wild that y’all charge $7 for a single slice of Costco pie. That’s hilarious.
I love this place. When I lived in ol B, they would all call me by name every morning when I stopped in. Great service.
I love this little shop. The staff is always so friendly. When I spend a day in Bisbee, I start here.
Great atmosphere in a cool town. Coffee actually pretty weak. And a bunch of people smoking outside- great if you smoke, disgusting if you don’t.
Always a great place to stop and enjoy a great cup of coffee and relax with friends while visiting old Bisbee!
This is a coffee shop in a cute inside mall area along with a restaurant and a couple of shops. Nice décor with a relaxing and inviting vibe. There is a good selection of pastries (I got a chocolate croissant, my husband got a raspberry croissant; both were tasty). The largest lattes they have are 16 oz, so we both got hot vanilla lattes with an extra espresso shot. The coffee taste was good enough to hit the spot (but not overly fantastic).
Customer service was a bit lacking. Our barista was professional, but didn’t seem like she wanted to be there; not overly friendly. She apparently called our order out from the counter, which we didn’t hear. Rather than call again or bring them out to us, our coffees just sat on the counter; when we started realizing our order was taking a very long time, we noticed two cups sitting there so finally went to ask…yes, those were ours (and the barista seemed put out by us not having heard her call). It wasn’t busy enough for someone to have not called out again. It would have been nice to have had our coffee with our pastries, but we were long done eating by then.
The seating outside is lovely. The drinks are always great. The savory scone is to die for.
Sandwiches are a pleasant surprise and delicious. They probably should stick to Sandwiches though because the coffee is marginal at best.
The coffee is delicious and the pastries are decadent. The Mexican Mocha has been my favorite so far. The coffee is perfectly balanced between sweet and bitter and sweet and spicy. The chocolate croissant was so crispy yet flakey. Just divine.
Ordered coffee and a breakfast sandwich on a everything bagel and got a plain bagel, I throwing out food so didn't complain and be embarrassed, but rather not go back there. Coffee was very good.
A Bisbee must! In-house chai is the best I’ve ever had (better than Tazo, even). We exclusively drink Bisbee coffee at home in our espresso machine. Great ambiance indoors, and have loved the live music outside lately.
Went here the other day for the first time. I had an iced white mocha latte. It was perfect. The coffeshop itself was adorable. I definitely want to visit again next time I make my way out to Bisbee.
