Black Rock Coffee Bar, Scottsdale AZ

First time trying Black Rock Coffee and I cannot recommend it enough! The staff at this location was extremely friendly and kind! Not to mention the drinks are absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be back!

Always out of all good then you have to wait a freaking hour to get anything. Horrible place.

The coffee is usually good from here, but their bagels (oversized rolls) are stale and, if you ask for the cream cheese on the side, you get a cup of almost an entire store bought tub's worth of cream cheese handed to you.
We went through two months ago and apparently, ordering food as well as drinks was "a lot" for the staff according to the woman tending to the drive through window that day.
The staff seemed friendly overall, the few times we went to this location, but there are improvements that should be made.
Almost every BR we go to has dirty bathrooms which makes us wonder if they are abiding to health codes behind the counter or is there a lack of cleanliness there, too?

We switched allegiamce from the death star a few years back. Numerous reasons why. BRCB is the best. Good people, good coffee, and zero political nonsense. Some people just want good coffee at a fair price, and don't want the cause de jour be bandied about in their face. This is the place!

This place just really isn’t very good everything they serve is done better by somewhere else. It’s serviceable in a pinch and no disrespect to the people working there but Black Rock Coffee just isn’t that good and over priced

Love this place! Mexican coffee is delicious. Stop in often as so close to home. Sweetest gentleman with positive attitude working all alone in busy coffee bar today. Working drive thru and counter as well as making drinks! No complaints and happy to help. Clearly understaffed on a Monday afternoon.

Management:

You guys do a lot of things right. However your food needs attention. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant that had absolutely no cheese and half way through the croissant I found a nibble of ham. That small piece was 1” long. It’s pathetic. I’m very dissatisfied.

My chai is good. Your staff is friendly. But the food is highly disappointing.

Everyone who works here is super friendly. It's a very open, clean, bright space with plenty of power outlets and really great coffee.
