I needed a coffee fix Sunday afternoon. I got the coffee vanilla latte, 4 pumps not six as the sweetest young lady suggested. It was perfect. These young ladies are great and the coffee is too. Thank you ladies you're the best Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all

We're visiting the area and stopped here for iced caramel blondie and muffin. The drinks and muffin were great. My only complaint is that the music is blasting too loud. We had a hard time placing our order and trying to have a conversation at an indoor table. Selection of music was fine but too loud.

What happened to BRC? I'm talking about the location in North Scottsdale on Bell near Thompson Peak. Went through the drive thru this morning and got my usual Mexican Moca expecting to get my coffee reward (claimed it online last night) and was charged full price. When I brought it to the attention of the server, she said she'd get me next time. Not sure how that works. #eyeroll. But it only gets worse. I thought the cup felt lighter than normal for a medium sized coffee and low and behold, when I opened the lid, it was half full. I also ordered a croissant for which I was given no napkins and it was hard as a brick. Not to mention their prices have gone up and away. Back to Starbucks for me.

I love this place:) the one on Bell Road has my heart. Everyone working there is literally the nicest person you’ve ever met. The manager, Josh, is always around, hustling. Dallas, Ari, Cassie, Lee. Just the nicest shop around. We may or may go here daily lol thank you loves for the best way to start our mornings

Four stars because of the memories created here. Service okay. Often not well kept but is a chill environment to hang out in which is rare in this area.

Terrible service. I walked inside stood at the counter. There was three people working there. Not a single person greeted me. Even though one was just sort of aimlessly standing there. I waited for 10mins before finally deciding to leave. Nobody even said one word to me as I waited at the counter that long. Not even to say sorry we're busy we'll be with you in just a moment or good morning or anything. Not even to ask what my order would have been. Terrible service! Would give 0 stars!

Im shocked this place has so many stars! Being served by the entitled offspring of the DC Ranch 1% is not a vibe. None of these kids really needs a job and that is painfully obvious. This place was total chaos. The inmates were running the asylum. The line kept getting longer and longer. The space kept getting more and more crowded with people waiting for the SIX people behind the counter who could not (or would not) pick up the pace. 2 delivery drivers canceled their orders and left. When after waiting a full 10 minutes for a simple iced coffee I asked a girl who just seemed to be kinda standing there if she could figure out what happened to my order, she literally just stared at me, didnt utter a word! Like, nothing, no reply. It was bizarre. Not one person behind that counter had any sense of urgency in getting their customers their coffee whatsoever. Black Rock, I know times are tough, but employing clueless DGAF gen Z staff is not in your best interest in the long run!

I ordered hot large caramel blonde via drive through and as soon as I tasted it, drink was not right at all. I drove back and went inside and told the guy who is in the front desk about my experience about the drink. I was trying to give my phone number so that way he can verify my drink but he was telling me that I don’t get rewards for replacement. Simply he is judging me that I was giving my phone number for rewards. He told me that he will make it right away and in 30 seconds he called my name with drink and again drink did not make right. Drink does not have caramel taste, not hot and employees are very cold.
I Went there last week with my friend and it was a good experience but this time horrible.
You guys never see me again!

Yesterday the service was awful. We order 4 shots of espresso and a matcha. I got a latte with tons of sugar and the Matcha was completely flavorless. The person who made the order went to the back of the store and despite calling her and waiting we could not have our order correctly

West coast chain with West coast vibes. Coffee is a nice change from other prominent shops and seems to have more healthy food options.

People are great. Drinks are great. Volume of the music inside and out were way too loud for any conversation to take place.

Good coffee and service but they seem to always be under-staffed which is common in many shops these days. Further, they do not seem motivated to fix their frequently down WiFi. Perhaps they want to discourage people from lingering in their coffee shop.

Love one the coffee and staff is so nice! They have been a bit short staffed lately. One person handling drive through and counters.

This is like a Starbucks on meth (in a good way). Loud and current music, fun and trendy pastries, and great customer service. If you've never stopped in, you're truly missing out.

I asked for light ice and did not get light ice.

Always friendly and attentive. Coffee is very consistent. I like to get the caramel blondie iced, my husband loves their mochas!
