Every time I have a problem with one of my employer issued devices, BlackPoint gets it taken care of in short order. And for me that is no easy task, because my tech problems are the ones that require multiple eyes and tries (I'm just luck that way LOL). But the seemingly insurmountable is what these folks do well.
