Savhanna has been my stylist for quite some time. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and pays attention to detail. She does exactly what I want and exceeds my expectations every time. The salon itself is gorgeous, clean and in a great location.

I went for a trim and layer. I got there at 9: 20 for a 9: 30 appointment. Gracie took me right back trimmed my hair and cut in some layers. No washing my hair no products used, no hair spray, no water used. $ 52.00 dollars what! I was there 6 minutes in total.
What a rip off.

First time haircut Bloom Salon and paid $45 + tip.
I want to say a lot of negative things but not worth it because I am not going to go back.

First time going to Bloom Salon. I had an amazing stylist named Savhanna. She did an incredible job on my hair, perfectly cut layers. She was so professional, yet also so friendly and warm. I have only used one stylist in past 25 years, but now I am going to change stylists to Savhanna because she styled my hair better than I've had done in 25 years! What a great find! Highly recommended

Don't go.explained to stylist I would like the color to be a light color just like her hair color.what I received was a deep red that closely resembles a cartoon clown.
She tried to correct it by slathering on a product of which I have no idea what it was. I expressed horror at the look of my hair.she said she had another appointment waiting could I return to the salon several hours later so she could try again to remove the horrible red color. I did return.no positive results.
I paid over a 100.00 dollars plus tip when.i left the first time and got no apology for ruining my hair.no refund for the damage done to my hair. This experience was not recent. I hesitated at the time to give a negative review but decided to tell my story since I live in the neighborhood and want no one else to be totally disappointed.

Do NOT let SHANE touch your hair. Staff admits he is new and have gotten complaints about him before from other customers.dude doesn't even know how to wash hair. He will leave your hair choppy, not styled, and your neck and ears covered in dye all for over $100. I wanted a refund for the garbage service but all they offered was for another clown to touch my hair. Just by reading how the "owner" responds to complaints online should be enough for you to stay farrrrr away.

Went to salon on Wednesday to set up appointment for highlights and haircut for my daughter. Was asked about exactly what she wanted and was quoted $130 dollars appointment was set for Friday. Get to salon was told price could change. Stylist said she didn’t speak to anyone about my daughters appointment. Basically saying I.am a liar. So basically I set the appointment and got the quote for nothing.

I have been going to Amanda for multiple different cuts/colors over the last 4 years Amanda has killed it every single time! I’ve never been happier with my hair.

Loved the decore of Bloom and the staff is kind and friendly. Josie did a amazing job with my haircut. Super good time

I have never had my hair colored at all before today. I went in and saw Alexa, and told her that I was a newbie and asked for her opinion on what I should do. She was BEYOND amazing in helping me. I was nervous because like I said I never had my hair done before & she made me feel so comfortable and safe with her as my hair dresser. My highlights came out so amazing and I could not recommend her enough!

Absolutely wonderful first experience at Bloom Salon at 67th! Grace was my stylist and one of the nicest women I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She was so professional and warm, and listened to what I wanted in a cut and style. I am over the moon with the results and have already booked my next appointment with her! Highly recommend this immaculate and stylish salon! Thank you!

Was nervous going in, Since I Havnt done my hair in years. Stylist was great and patient.
Would have given better review except they didnt have anything to clean all the dye off my head and ears. I left so self conscious and embarrassed. It over shadow the great color service's its all I could focus on. I had other appointments I had to do when I left So I had to walk around city like that.

As a Father of two daughters, it was daunting thinking of where to take them for a haircut. I was immediately relaxed as we went in and even more after walking out.

Bloom is absolutely the best. I went in with ba challenging hair issue and the owner jumped in to help. I have found my new salon! So thankful!

I scheduled appointment a week in advance. I set eveything up. Let the receptionist know what I desired and how long and thick my hair was and got a quote on the price of full higjlights and olapex treatment. Got to my appointment with hair just a little past bra length. Thick. Healthy. 2 years of growing out. I asked for full baby highlights. The stylist says yes no problem. 6 hours later. My hair is very hard to comb hair is falling out. I asked the stylist if it was normal.he says oh yeah, no worries I'll give you some layers free of charge. I was worried. He didn't seem to know jow to blow out hair or cut it. He did manage to curl it. It looked fine. I was quoted $90. I paid 250.00! She said be had to mix 5 bowls. Uhm did I mention how long and thick my hair was? !
I was extremely disappointed. Then on day 4 I wash my hair and chunks were falling out, I couldn't even comb it without pulling hair out. It looked like string cheese bird nest. A month later my hair looks fried, I've lost pretty much 50% of fullness due to breakage and my hair won't hold a curl or style other than a bun. So I am fixing to make an appointment with another salon to fix the color and cut off my once beautiful thick hair. Yes I paid the $250.00 and gave him a really good tip, over 20 bucks and here I am very dissatisfied with Bloom. I won't ever go back there again.

I booked my first appointment using Groupon. My stylist was Margie, and she did an amazing job!

I've had a few friends and family recommend this salon for me. One of my worst haircuts ever. Great color. But I left crying and got a refund.

Nicole made my baby's hair beautiful. She's extremely sweet and a wonderfully talented stylist! We love her.
