Very good experience purchasing the vehicle. My salesman was very knowledgeable very helpful and not real pushy. Have to say the whole experience was pleasant. My first trip into the service department to get a new coating on the car was also uneventful and very pleasant.
I recently had service at this company, did not buy a car, but brought my vehicle in for servicing and was blown away by the white glove service.
I actually received a video of the inspection while my car was being inspected, I received texts where I could click on estimates and accept prices, I was offered loaners or free ubers to and from the location. I have never been treated so nicely at a dealership and my car issues were taken care of.which is great, considering I bought my car a week ago and drove it off the lot of another dealership in poor condition.
We were very lucky to get a salesman whose name was Jermy. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave us so much personal attention we really appreciated it. He did a great job for us and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car at BMW North Scottsdale.
Unbelievable Service by Ed Gonzalez from the start! He even came to pick me up in Prescott on his day off to get my X5 E50!
This dealership has really poor service department. I've had the same error code return for 3 times during the past 10 months. I was charged so much money despite them not correctly diagnosing the problem. They do not hold up their guarantees of service as other dealerships do and make excuses. I would sincerely stay away from this dealership. I have been a long time Bmw owner and had reliable vehicles previously. Unfortunately, its seems BMW and its service providers are clueless on how their vehicles work and how to keep them running. I will no longer be purchasing BMW sadly.

Overall excellent car buying experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman to help us with our new purchase. Ed was polite, attentive, and respectful of our time needed to ultimately decide taking the X3. We were very open about looking at different cars outside of BMW but this didn’t phase him at all. Was quick to update when the vehicle we wanted was ready to show even when it wasn’t ready for delivery yet. He made sure we were the first to see it even on a Sunday. Overall one of the best car car buying experiences and will definitely return to Ed and BMW N Scottsdale when considering our next BMW.
My Sales Advisor, Terrance was wonderful to work with. He was a good listener and informative. When he didn’t know an answer, he said he didn’t know but would check on it. The facility is beautiful. I’d recommend to others considering a car purchase there.

I am unable to have enrollment ID of 2-year free charging service to be verified with my iX VIN number. My Sales said “ looks like there is an issue with the code now, pls allow 3 weeks before trying again”. So I ask if the charging fee during this period can be reimbursed or not? Or the 2-year service can be extended due to this issue. My Sales told me “You can call BMW Corporate to see if that’s an option”.
With the support of General Manager Mr. Khouri and New Car Sales Director Mr. Fowler, BMW North Scottsdale commits to reimburse me for my costs of charging my iX until the Electrify America issues has been resolved. They are expecting this to take a couple of weeks.
I shopped around for a while to trade my 2015 x5 for a newer certified x5. NSBMW’s prices seemed reasonable online but they are 40 min from my home. I’d had some less than favorable experiences at Arrowhead BMW having my car serviced so I decided to give NSBMW a try. Geoffrey M.was so friendly and attentive, I never felt like I was being “sold to” or rushed/pressured in any way. He just made things easy! They had a great selection and he was extremely knowledgeable on all the options on the vehicle I was looking at. Geoffrey did everything he could to expedite the process, since we had kids at home and a really tight schedule that weekend. I had some negative equity with my trade. They gave us a very fair price and met us in the middle to get the deal done. Financing was a breeze, Daniel M.was professional and personable. I really appreciated the time the BMW genius (nice young kid) spent with me. I was pretty familiar with the options in the car but he was very thorough and showed me a few things I didn’t know. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
