Bobcat Laundry, Benson AZ

Tried to tell my husband that community laundromats were usually very well maintained. My mistake, this place is a dump. Usable but, only once. I will drive farther for a cleaner place.

The inside was very dirty and the change machines didn’t work not only for us but the 6 others said it didn’t work for them as well.
However the convenience was nice and the different size washers was great so we could wash clothes and our rv rugs!
They could use an attendant on site for when issues come up as the other local businesses didn’t want to sell quarters which I get they need them too! We travel full time in our RV and we have to rely on laundromats a lot so it’s nice for them to be clean as they can be and be able yo get change

I came in to do an emergency hot wash of 6 bags of bedding, clothing and towels (I'm sure you know why). I dropped almost $60 at this business. The machines were filthy inside. There was nastiness in about every third washer. Immediately the coin counters started malfunctioning and taking my money. The person who appears to be employed to clean was there and he got me my money back, and showed me the trick to get the quarters to drop right. He chatted with the customers as he dusted a few coin slots and swept. The middle of the room smelled like mildew and I was pacing the floor waiting to get out of there. I paid for extra hot water and didn't get it, so now my clothes will still need be in quarantine for a month because I'm not going back to do it again. I'll be going to the old school laundry in town, it's simple, no digital rip-offs, no stench, and wayyyy less expensive. Gross.

Great small-town laundry; many sizes of washers and dryers. Great owners who are responsive to any problems.

Unbelievable that in the day and age we are living with everything going up I'm price.you'd think the owners would take seriously someone losing money in their BIG Washer. I'm getting very upset as to the lack of customer service in that I had a problem one week ago. Aug 25th AND I EVEN WROTE A NOTE TO WHOMEVER MANAGES THIS PLACE. FYI: You cannot find a manager on site. You cannot find a phone number to call a manager AND you cannot even tell the name of the business as there is no sign up with this business' name.
It is extremely rude to not respond to a hand written note by a customer of your establishment. If I do not get a call soon and my money refunded there is going to be alot more reviews written by me.

My guess is after word gets out in this little town. YOUR going to lose alot of your customer maybe even your business. Is this what your working towards?

Sucks for me, Dryers Take my money But Don't dry the Clothes effeciently. I expect that the dryer exhaust ducts are restricted. More than likely the ducting points up, and the lint build up dances like a ping pong ball in a tube.

We just moved to Benson and today was the 3rd time we washed/dried our clothes at Bobcat. Never had any problems. We use both the regular and big washers. Thank You for providing 24 hour services. I couldn't believe the other night we didn't have to rush to have load in by 6-8pm. Especially not being in the city.

Washers (triple, front loaders) never spin out good and we put about half the capacity, so they aren't overfilled. The dryers take 5 bucks to dry a normal size load of clothes, even after cleaning the lint traps! They don't leave the bathroom unlocked, for paying customers, most likely because this is a hangout, day and nights, for the homeless to slip in and out of the back door! We will find another laundromat, from here on out. Oh and the washer has taken 2 extra quarters 3 times, to start it!

Reasonable enough for a laundromat. The dryers have a low heat/ delicate cycle, but the clothes were baked anyway.

Waist of time and money. I'm a trucker had to do some fast washes. Truck stops like to screw the American truckers all the time but they are better then this place. I spent a total of 12 to wash which isn't bad for the amount of clothes I had but in total I spent 40 dollars and I'm still feeding money into the dryers. I emptied the lint traps I put $2 in at a time I did everything this place is just a joke will not be back the guy that owns this place is a con and hope he shuts down for stealing people's money.

Terrible. If you just want to wash your clothes it's fine. The driers don't dry. After 24 minutes for a dollar my clothes were still on the wet side of damp. You'll be better off hanging them on a line

We use the laundry service for our rentals. Our washer went out and used the laundry ourselves. Building is clean inside. Only issue is no restroom access. Have to use restaurant across the street.

This will be my last time here. Machines are consistently broken. I’ve submitted numerous forms requesting a refund when I’ve had to use two washers when one stopped working mid-cycle. Received no refunds. It’s too bad, this business could do well if it was run properly.

Who ever owns this place should be ashamed of it. Dirty, trash on the floors, bathroom is disgusting. I wouldn’t even give it one star

The place needs a good scrubbing. Floors are filthy. I'll find another place next time.
Too bad.it wouldn't take a lot of time to clean.and keep clean.

Have been traveling and using coin laundromats for more than 30 years from Florida to Alaska. This is the worst laundromat I have used. Arrived at around 9: 30 am on Monday Jan. 9,2023. Place was filthy. Lots of non-working machines. Used a 4 load capacity front load washer which was the largest they had. Cost was $5.50, a little less than I expected to pay. Used 2 of the 4 large capacity dryers. 25 cents for 5 minutes. The glass doors never got warm. Attendant said that was normal and that it would take 60 minutes to dry a load, which it did. Used the one and only extra large capacity dryer. 25 cents for 4 minutes. It worked better but the glass never got more than medium hot. It also took an hour to dry our cloths. Will be leaving the area tomorrow but would drive to Tucson to do my laundry before I'd use this laundromat again.

Have to say this is one of the worst laundromats I’ve ever been to… Evidence of being the only game in town and not keeping up with maintenance. Ended up spending more on the dryers than washers because the dryers just don’t work.

What to do a little laundry the machines were in great working order and the facilities were clean

Washers don't spin good and leave clothes wet. Dryers do not heat good and take a long time and a lot of money.
I have recently been to some great laundromat in other states and cities and this one is pretty sorry, and needs ipdated and new machines

Always clean. She works hard keeping up with messes that get left by people & always with a smile.
