Great and Friendly very helpful, So far best service at the store I've ever hadWith buying furniture. Joe went above and beyond and the manager so wonderful.

Right when you walk in you’re greeted. There is no stress salesmanship the sales people make themselves available but don’t bug you or follow you around constantly. Victor was our salesman today, and he had the answers to all of our questions and made our order seamless. We’re excited to have our furniture delivered!

Spend your money and energy elsewhere. Staff and management are a joke, they bombard you while shopping then when it comes time to check out nobody knows what to do, what correct prices are etc. My order was pushed out an entire week nobody thought to call and update me the employee I spoke with could care less. Terrible place.

The staff were extremely welcoming and professional. I was able to find everything that I needed through their help and the only critique is that everything was not available within the timeframe that I needed but still an acceptable timeframe. Thanks Bob!

Good evening. I would like to thank TJ for providing excellent customer service. He told me about payment options that I did not know was available to me. He was very understanding with my "needs" and even provided great choices. I believe he went beyond my expectations. I will seek TJ out for my future furniture needs. I will also like to thank his manager (name escapes me now). She took the time to listen to concerns I had with a previous interaction at the store. Both of them turn a less than desirable experience to a 5 star review. Can't wait to enjoy my furniture.

TJ did an awesome job helping me pick out a new couch and coffee table for my apartment! He was extremely friendly and helped me find the best pieces suited to my taste.

OK so I have to give this specific Bob's furniture store a 2 stars. Sadly I was told in store that the couch that I wanted was not gonna be available for delivery till Saturday Nov. 14 2020. Yet I was told the Day prior (Sept 12th 2020) it would be delivered 2nd week in October. I kept getting inaccurate info when I would go in about the Melrose couch. Well none of that was true. I decided not to order in store because so much inaccurate information from the reps at the store and i ordered online. Amazingly I ordered my couch on Wednesday October 14th and it's being delivered Saturday The 17th of October. Yet if I would have purchased in store it would have been not been delivered until November 14th. This is mind blowing how inaccurate this one store could be. Furniture quality well i have the Melrose set had to sell the couch to get a sofa sleeper in Melrose. I love it good quality.

Wow is all I can say. What a great experience; let me tell you why:

- Greeted very warmly and Covid risk assessed. We were also told about mask requirement which we appreciated.
- Our sales associate was Bradley who we were introduced to immediately upon entering. He let us wander and was the perfect amount of attentive.
- Other sales associates also checked in and offered to help and call Bradley if needed.
-The value and quality of the furniture were beyond expectations.
- Our experience was not rushed. We felt very taken care of.
- We will be back soon

We walked into Bobs just to Get a feel for what we wanted and we walked out with a couch! Bradley helped us with pricing and had a very kind, cool, fun and nonchalant way of handling our questions and I feel how honest he was when responding to our pushbacks. We are so thrilled to get our new dream couch home.it is actually called a DREAM COUCH!

I laugh because I thoroughly enjoyed myself at Bobs Discount furniture.
We walked in looking for a comfy couch for the kids/ teen room. Bradley Evertson ended up helping us. The bonus to this shopping day was the enormous amount of knowledge that he had on applying for scholarships or grants. That’s what he used to do prior to working for bobs furniture. He was funny and easy to talk to and I walked out of there feeling good about the whole college application process. Which by the way - he will be helping us with later on!
So win Win in my book!

Low end furniture which is fairly priced however when they tell you it’s going to be delivered, that’s not a guarantee! Ours was supposed to be delivered in September and we just got updated today that it won’t be here until November.this is the third time they’ve called and moved everything back.all we even ordered was a bed and a couch! I understand ‘maybe one delay however nothing will make up for 4 so far and we still have nothing delivered or a delivery date in stone. Pay the extra money for the higher quality product or just for a logistics department and sales team that care and don’t lie the entire time. They are not going to last in Arizona with horrible service like this. Also a bunch of people I have spoke with have canceled because of the same reason we will.it’s pathetic there’s plenty of people looking for job. Mr. BobOPedic better start adding staff or he’s going to end up back on the East Coast.

Walked into Bob's Discount Furniture for the first time. I was immediately greeted by a very kind and respectful saleswoman named Cindy. She answered all my questions and even gave genuine recommendations. I am very pleased with my first experience at Bob's Discount Furniture. Cindy, thank you for simplifying my endless search for a dinning room set.

We were lied to regarding shipping times just to get the sale. After a month of waiting for our furniture we decided to call customer service and we were told the items wouldn't be available for another 3 to 4 months from when we purchased them. The store rep had told us that the items would be delivered at the latest in 3 to 4 weeks. If we had been given the real time frame from the start we would not have ordered. We decided to cancel the order because we needed the items sooner. We were told we would get a full refund. In the meantime, we purchased almost the same furniture at American furniture Warehouse and it was delivered the same week we ordered it.we noticed after 2 weeks we still hadn't received our refund back on to our account so we decided to call customer care. We were on hold with customer care for at least 45 minutes, when we finally got to speak to somebody they told us we were issued a store credit NOT a refund. Then the customer service Care Rep decided to transfer us to the store and accidentally hung up on us. We are still hoping that this issue gets resolved as we never agreed to a store credit.
