Fortiva retail credit. Beware 49 annual fee. Once you use them to finance and pay off. Close account ASAP. Used at bobs discount furniture and paid off 5 months before finance term agreement. Im furious of the junk charges these finance companies charge to use their products. Beware if you use this company at any capacity.

It was our first time at bobs. Found you online. We drove N hr and a half to get some items. We had a nice experience at Bob's. Was sad they didn't have our item the bunk beds in stock but we did get a very nice mattress from them. Everyone was very nice and informative. Del gierke was very helpful and knew everything about the products. We will definitely be back. We asked if one of the nice guys was bob but he's back east I believe.

Ricardo was a great help. He even stayed past closing to help us and answer all the f our questions. We are waiting for our delivery

Found Bob’s to be a friendly place to shop and they had exactly what I wanted at a good price

They had the dining table and chairs I was searching for. Del was informative and honest. Everything he said would happen, did, from warranty, price, product pick up to assembly time frame.

One of the most disappointing service ever received in our entire lives. Me and my wife specifically requested a bedroom frame that we both loved and when it was delivered, we were given the wrong style and missing box spring. Then when we addressed the issue in store they notified us that our original bed frame would not be delivered for another 6-8 weeks although they originally told a specific date for delivery for the first time. Then stated we could not get our money back that we paid as DOWN PAYMENT from what the document lady told us. Highly suggest going elsewhere where the company will address your actual concerns and not get you to change anything you originally wanted.
