Being in this program and having Megan as my social worker has really helped me become a better person because before I was so shy and wouldn't open up to people but when I met her she didn't rush in to everything she took things slow and allowed me to get comfortable and when I did I saw my life start to get better because she wants the best for me she motivates me and pushes me to do better so I want to say thank you and her for helping me be my best in life

My therapist is awesome, I found this place through YouTube and it’s the best thing I’ve done in a while, I appreciate all the positivity Alma give me daily and my self esteem is going up that’s to her. Denise Manseau works with me, she is very amazing, she supports me & tries her best to comfort me mentally. I appreciate the services she has brought upon my life.thank you!

I called Denise Manseau to come to my house to assist with a homeless couple squatting in a nearby lot. Denise was able to provide resources and assistance to the couple which ultimately helped my family and I be at ease knowing the background of the couple. I have children, and the police were not helpful in removing the couple.

I’m not one to usually post reviews but I went in to body and soul and was greeted warmly and was told in 2 weeks a counselor would call me. The counselor did call me and asked what time i would like to meet and she told me she’d message or call me to confirm where we would meet. She never called back or messaged me so I called the office and they said she called multiple times and left messages and basically that it was my fault. I struggle with anxiety and didn’t want to push someone on me if they didn’t want to meet so I said never mind I’ll just cancel. There was no apology for the situation and I never heard back from body and soul. If you know you’re dealing with patients with mental issues then you should take into consideration how a patient might feel if they’re forcing their counselor to meet with them. I thought i was really going to get help but disappointed that i now have to find someone else.

Body & Soul is a great asset to the Phoenix Community. They provide an abundance of resources to assist all types of situations. I'm glad to know they're available to refer those in need. If you're in need of anything reach out to Avea Garcia, she's amazing!

Body and soul has helped me maneuver life. I have enjoyed the extra assistance with keeping myself on track and getting things done. I am now in the air force in another state but body and soul still makes themselves accessible to me.
