Bodycentral Physical Therapy - Tucson & Ultimate Sports Asylum Physical Therapy

Poor quality service. The appointment yesterday morning (thanks for early opening at 7: 30am) consisted of less than 10 min of physical therapy. I was there for 42 minutes total. The physical therapist Kristen was curt and borderline rude to me and an other staff member onsite. She told me she would bring me a rubber tension thing to take with me. I waited another 10 minutes in the front desk area and realized she was just blowing me off. I won’t be back. JPB

Great place and great people. Started My Physical Therapy at a different company and did not get the personal attention that I needed. Here one to one is really one to one, Olivia is great

My therapists, Jasmine & Danielle, were awesome. They explained what each exercise was working on & how to do it correctly. They were always so friendly & cheerful & made conversation. I highly recommend them both!

PT was always running 10 minutes behind schedule witch is weird because she always finished the sessions early like girl I’m paying for a whole hour of PT and I’m only getting a good 30 best 45 minutes out of it. If you’re running late rearrange your schedule, very unprofessional. There’s more I could say but that’s all for now.

All the staff are attentive to what I and all others there needing PT. Extra effort in listening can be noticed all around. Care is obvious when there for PT and general well being is paramount. Good job at the Ajo Rd location.

Rachael and Danielle are very friendly, knowledgeable and have been very helpful as well as the rest of the staff.

Great place to come for PT! The facility is big and their sports physical therapists are the best! Megan at the front desk was so helpful!

Rachel, sure helped me through the pain in my body and made me very comfortable doing the exercises to strengthen my pelvic pain.

Staff is very courteous and competent. Everyday they ask a question with multiple choice answers to get patients thinking and to have a little fun. They have several locations throughout Tucson. The one I go to at Ajo and Campbell is conveniently located with plenty of free parking. I would recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

The atmosphere here is so happy and everyone there seem to care for the clients they work with, I only have been coming here for two week but they make me feel at home thanks Kristen and Hector thanks for pushing me to my limits your both so awesome

My son Ian feels much stronger and steady with your teams help. He’s growing extremely fast. I feel better knowing that with your help he can be comfortable with any orthopedic isss.

Have had the best PT at Body Central. Everyone is very positive and helpful. I'm so happy to have PT that doesn't hurt, yet helps with my recovery from surgery.

This’s not my first time getting physical therapy at BodyCentral? I’m back because everyone at the facility always have a beautiful smile, awesome customer service, easy to get appointments and the quality of work from Alfredo and Hector, EXCELLENT… Always leaving with better perspective in life. Pain is not easy to manage. Thank you both for everything.

Once you are in it is a great place. Trying to schedule the initial appointment was a nightmare. Played phone tag for a at least six weeks with me calling their number 2-3 times a week, it was always a recording. They would call back once a week max. Just find the location where you want to go and schedule an appointment. It was no issue to schedule an appointment. Everything fine from this point. Staff very nice and qualified.

So far my PT has been improving thanks to the therapist and the one on one time they take with me. I’m glad I chose them for my treatment. So far everyone that has helped me has been extremely friendly and attentive.

Nice staff. Very helpful and understanding. Also, they take AHCCCS and are a fairly easy trip on the bus with a little walking (Rts 2,11,15).

The staff is all really nice and understanding. The bus has been particularly unreliable the last few weeks and it has made me late and miss at least one appointment. The staff has been really accommodating about that and hasn't made me feel bad about it.

My Physical Therapist is Karen. She is wonderful. I'm dealing with an issue that started 20 years ago and she spent a lot of time getting to know my history and what types of issues I have. She's very understanding about my limitations and doesn't make me feel bad for not being able to do more. She spends a lot of time demonstrating and explaining my exercises and explaining what benefit they have. She's very attentive and makes frequent adjustments to my exercises when it's proving too difficult for me or if it's painful.

The sports focus threw me off at first because I was worried it would be more of a "push through" vibe but it definitely isn't. The whole staff is super supportive and they seem to do a great job of meeting patients where they're at.

It's hard to say how they are. As several other reviewers noted, I've been trying to make an appointment with them for over 2 months. Most days the voicemail is full. No one answers the phone. Sometimes I get a message that sounds recorded on my voicemail. I think they send it with the program that bypasses the phone and goes right to voicemail. I say this because I usually can't even walk and am sitting next to the phone when a voicemail arrives. Interestingly each voicemail comes from a different number like telemarketers use. Not even always from my state. I'm so confused about it really. Maybe they are so busy because they are awesome. That's how busy restaurants work. If that's it, good on them. Anyway I requested my doctor refer me somewhere else and suggested this isn't the place to send patients. I needed physical therapy months ago because my condition is deteriorating rapidly. It's interesting that even on here they give a canned response. The reviewer says they never answer the phone. True. They respond with please call to talk about it. Um, yeah. That's the whole point of the many calls already that went unanswered. You think one more will magically work?

Went in with some of the worst knee pain I've ever had. Could barely walk without limping and going up and down stairs was painful. Skating kinda went out the window for a while. Kristen did testing and assessment and promptly put me on a program for about 6 weeks. Working with her and Talmadge and the rest of the crew was great and the exercises were focused towards helping with my knee and sport. Saw noticable improvement about 5 weeks in and I'm skating consistently again. Everyone was so helpful and encouraging. I highly appreciate and recommend this PT center.

I have been trying to book my first appointment since Dec. 22. No response from filling out the online form, from multiple phone calls during business hours, and even from text message. Epic fail in communication!
